What is the ideal caloric deficit if you want to lose fat as quickly as possible while keeping the strength? I've delayed the summer cut a bit too long. Would that famous 64 egg whites and 2 protein shakes diet work?

I'm a recovering fat ass. Everyone says it's impossible to gain muscle while loosing fat, but I did it. I'm 60 ibs down; gained 4 pounds of muscles, loss 6 pounds of water and 58 pounds of fat.
