only on my left leg, right leg doesn't have enough ankle mobility

Lmao my arms are bigger than that dudes thighs

Both legs, multiple times, even balancing on a pole or unstable surface. They aren't that hard.

i can do it with a barbell overhead, as in single leg overhead squat

Used to, but I stopped doing them since they didn't build any leg strength. Real weights work better for legs, and I do other stuff for flexibility

same my ankles are thigh as fuck

You vastly overestimate the mobility and stability of Jow Forums m8

why would I distort my spine into a giant C like that skeleton in your pic just to make 0 gains?

This is an exercise for manlets and skeletors

Same, but my ankle was annihilated in a car crash and never healed right.

I'm 6'3, it's hard for me.

Not anymore,
>Thanks partial medial meniscus surgery removal on both knee.
Used to be able to do 5 each leg alternating.
.gif related was also fun

Thanks for reminding me
>200lb minimum to be considered a man

yes but my squat is shit so they are obviously more balance than anything

>Jumping down in that position
His Achilles tendon and knees are dust

Kinda.
Left knee is fucked forever because of illadvised knee surgery.

Seems pretty gay.

Yes. Don't like them tho

I was at a seminar and a dude was doing jumping pistols off a table with a 53lbs kettlebell.

Very impressive

I don’t because it’s not FuNcTiOnAl.

I can barely do a shrimp squat (seem to lose control near the bottom, when lowering). Kind of hoping that all the weird movements I get up to when climbing will improve my overall flexibility/mobility to help towards shrimps and pistols.
