Added sugars

I stoped eating sugar and drinking alcohol.

More or less this.

DHT increasing foods. Any other answer is a meme besides accutane.

Highly doubt it. Added sugars are hidden in almost everything packaged you buy.

Hummm... I eat
>bread with seeds, dark one
>cheese
>rice, macarons, oatmeal, potato
>meat
>peanuts

You got one of those loofahs on a stick? Scrub your back bro

Accutane, nothing else helps. Trust me, I know this shit.

Quit sugar, limit dairy, cold showers

WASH YOUR FUCKING SHEETS EVERY WEEK AND WEAR A CLEAN SHIRT TO BED

See a dermatologist. Get some sulfur wash. Shower right after a workout

Sadly i dont have one... i might get it tho.

I always take shower after a workout. Soon here will be sunny and i could go to the beach to get some sun on my back.

Depending on the serving size, carbs can increase DHT.

>cheese
Dairy increases DHT.

Don't trust him.

Í love cheese. Should i give it up? I guess i try to stay cheese and milk free. See what happens.

How many Jow Forumsizens have back acne? One of my friends also have it.

To add to this statement, i stopped drinking alcohol a month ago... so maybe to soon.

Yes.

That is why you get back acne. You have to scrub the garbage out of your skin

Thanks, ill get one scrubber.

Change your sheets
Daily

I tried:
>loofah
>cleaning sheets often
>salicylic acid
>antibiotic cream
>benzoyl peroxide
>chelated zinc + probiotic supps
>cold showers

The only noticeable difference above was when I started taking cold showers, everything else was a big nothing or just made it worse.
What really made a difference is getting some sun on my back. Sunbathe, do work outside shirtless, or go to a tanning salon. I can promise you that you'll see progress user. Our skin isn't built to be shrouded in darkness all the time.
