Deadlifts, Russian twists, hanging leg raises, hyperextensions. If you don't wanna do deadlift bc muh back, then buy yourself an ab wheel and a purse.

So people say you need to do abs isolation but dudes like Thrall have visible abs with 30% BF ans just barbell exercises and strongman shit
