You don't need to get that autistic about your kegel exercises. In fact, overdoing kegels can cause your pelvic floor muscles to get tight, which can create problems with premature ejaculation. In addition to not going too hard, you should also be balancing your pevlic floor by doing reverse kegels. Instead of trying to stop the flow of pee, try pushing it out harder - that's a reverse kegel.
If you do about 10 kegels and reverse kegels when you go to piss, you will have more than enough pelvic floor strength for the crowning achievement: dry/multiple male orgasm.

Kegels for men is using the muscles that can make your dick bounce around when erect. That's some hip exercise.
I wouldn't reccomend it unless you have issues they're very easy to overtrain. You don't train them like mass building exercise you train them more like "greasing the grove" tons of light sets. Also you got to reverse kegels. (it sort of like pushing pee out harder). The muscles in front only really help close the blood in. Form is also key you have contract the whole thing or you'll imbalance the muscles and make have ED. Just edge and don't finish a few times a day and the muscles will be worked in their functional state and receive the better results.

it can be imbalanced. The muscles in the very front where you feel the squeeze at the base of your dick when you stop peeing is like a sort of clamp. That let's you hold back jizz and regulates blood flow out of the penis. If muscle is too weak you get premature ejaculation and minor ED issues. If it's too strong you get delayed ejaculation and also minor ed. Because of the way the muscles in the back and front work in conjunction with each other to support the erection. Back ones basically allow more flow in and the front ones help regulate flow out.
