Been going to the gym for just about a month now, given up smoking & drinking liquid sugar like it's water; But I'm calling this my starting point, because from tomorrow i hit the gym every day, plan my meals out every day, and start taking my body into my own hands.

(Also, should I shave? My gym has a pool, which is obviously great for toning & strengthening gym gains but I'm not sure wether this is an acceptable level of testosterone to be displaying untill there's a 6pack under it.)

Been bulking for a little while now. I’ve got a crazy wide frame and only a 33 inch waist, so there’s still a lot to fill in. Chest, back, and lats still need a bit of work.

I don’t know what to do. Do I even cut for for summer? Or just keep slowly bulking with crazy high protein until the end of the year?

Idk how good of a swimmer you are. But get neoprene body suit (with short sleeves and legs obviously). You will look like a fucking overachieving jackass but nobody will see your body plus you will feel like a fucking aquatic superhero. Or a gay fish. I ask because I'm fairly certain I'm gonna look something like this when I'm done cutting. You're the only other guy here I've seen at 5'10" who looks good at more than 165lbs.

This has taken a year. I did have some gym experience before that but this is after a full legit year of consistent work.

At first I was fasting to lost weight but now I’m aiming for like 3400 calories.

OHP and lateral raises. And rear flies. I try hitting 5 sets of 8.

ty bro lifts are : squat 455lbs, bench 315lbs, and deadlift is 545lbs (All those lifts were done when I was bulking at around 220lbs bodyweight, I can't do them right now)

I've found a lot of people neglect delts, but yours look pretty good. Still, rear delt flies, lateral raises, and front raises will really round those bitches out. I find the pump from a good set of front raises is awesome.

This is unironically why I quit squatting. I'm 5'10'' and always had pretty thick thighs just from playing hockey growing up. I'm not planning on competing an time soon so I just stick to deadlifts, I recognize the squat is an all around great lift, but getting giant fucking t-rex legs isn't practical for clothing, looks fucking goofy as hell and really just attracts compliments from homos.
