Lets say i don't really get much protein but i workout a lot. Do i gain muscles?
Lets say i don't really get much protein but i workout a lot. Do i gain muscles?
Probably no or really really slow.
Yes, because you’re probably consuming an adequate amount.
The ridiculous amount people here take is because they got memed.
thank you. idk why its such a big meme
>can my body not only do basic repair and maintenance but also grow and increase in mass
>I refuse to give it basic building blocks required btw
I'm not sure, we'll need to research this deeper
Assuming you really don't eat as much as you should (most people here take meme amounts of protein), you won't grow muscle.
Most people here take too much protein, but most people outside of Jow Forums eat too little. Just try to balance it out.
Why is this always the question? Protein? Bah..
how much protein do i get from an average meal of potatoes/rice and a bit of meat?
>Lets say i don't really get much protein
how much do you get? when you know you don't get much, you counted it before, right?
like 20 grams or less a day
dude that's like what you get from 4 eggs the fuck are you eating
dude im fucking poor
holy fuck
don't even try OP, seriously. I did the same thing before I took lifting seriously.. I only ate about 30-40 grams of protein a day and lifted 6x 1h30min a week. All you will get is soreness, pain and no gain
don't lift at all or lift with enough protein. But really don't lift without eating the right amount of protein
what are you even eating though
Buy 5kg of protein powder. Costs like £20 if you get it during a sale. I imagine it's even cheaper in burgerland.
30-40g probs
You'll gain muscle but it will be very poor compared to what you could be gaining. Try hard to budget higher protein foods maybe at least 80g+ a day
Eat rice and beans, buy bulk cheap whey. Ez
you can't build with 20 g or less sorry user. Why don't you start searching the streets for protein pretty sure homeless faggots eat more than you do finding shit in trashes.
lentils, potatoes, califlower, spagetti
yeah....now laugh at my poor ass
im vegan as well...
You can't build muscle on a vegan diet in the first place. So I don't know what you are doing.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
Organ meat you lazy fcuker
Eat dem skins and brains abd livers raw nigga
FUCK THIS BOARDDDDDD
REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
k i will start eating eggs again
Good choice. Wish you the best
Troll thread, pretty good bait desu
>what are legumes and milk
Dude dried peas cost 60 cents for a kg. You soap them overnight and make a thick as fuck porridge.
They have 20g of protein per 100g
>Not adhering to dietary recommendations to maximize hypertrophy and body composition as derived from literature reviews in the year of our Lord 2019
>Being a man of science
Pick 1. It's you getting memed son
>but most people outside of Jow Forums eat too little
Absolutely false. People in most modern countries way overconsume fat AND protein. A meal in the 1st world isnt even thinkable without a massive amount of meat.
Being vegan while also being poor not only means you're never gonna make it, it also makes you a complete fucking retard.
So this is unrelated to OP but is there a brand of protein power that's best?
Dietary guidelines recommend about .7g per lb for an active person.
Most of fit exceed that.
There's 0 way to know. To some a pork medallion would be average, to some a huge tuna steak would be average.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA no its like 40$ for 10lbs when on sale at costco
