Slept in until like 3pm now eating a big ass bowl of pasta with alfredo sauce, and a bunch of small snacks right now. Gonna order a pizza later and hit macros, it's gonna be great

I just ate my superoats cheat meal consisting of:
500g oats
200g natty peanut butter
9 cups skim milk

3900kcal total

Kalles, cream cheese, and jam on rye, baby. 3 soft boiled eggs on the side just like maw used ta make. 2 cigarettes and half a Danish, baby.

Spicy garlic wings

Mushrooms, garlic, onions, paprika, spinach, chicken filet, soya sauce, salt, pepper, chilli powder, thyme, and whatnot. Normally i'd add potato cubes or rice but i was lazy.

Not today, but my favorite cheat meal is whatever the hell i want from my favorite local pizza place, then a trip to the liquor store next door to pick up something to drink at home and watch a cozy movie.

i havent eaten chips in mad long, but I had a good amount of these today. they're excellent chips. also drank a tiny amount of Sprite since I wanted something sweet.

A friend offered me some fresh snickerdooodle cookies while we played d&d and she knows they're my weakness. But I'm proud to say I only ate like 3 instead of 20 like usually happens.

Last time it was a half gallon of ice cream, a box of cosmic brownies, a family sized bag of potato chips with French onion dip and a medium dominos pizza.

Chicken quinoa bowl with barbeque sauce, cherry tomatoes, and pickled onions. kcals still under 1900 for the day. Not sure if that counts.

Real cheat day is karaage chicken, tempura, pork dumplings, big bowl of pork belly ramen, mochi ice cream, deep fried ice cream, and ramune soda. Once per month, on the last Saturday.

I was tempted to buy some choc-chip cookies but i resisted. My problem used to be binging on weekends but lately i’ve been able to suppress my desires much better. Although I did eat a pint of ice-cream last weekend. Don’t worry fellas, it was only 290 kcal and 12g protein and it fit my macros easily.

I went generous with the salt and soya sauce. So this is not cutting food.

>First i sliced 1 chicken filet in 2 parts horizontally (baked the other half to eat the day after), season them in salt and pepper on both sides, don't be greedy on seasoning.

Get other pan, put in mushrooms and onion (little to no oil), simmer, next add the spinach, and lastly paprika (i add this later on because i want it to keep it's crunch), add thinly chopped garlic in the end stage because garlic gets burned easily, chicken filet pieces with the few juices, add chilli powder (or use real red peppers beforehand), some soya sauce.., you can top it with sesame seeds or spring onion, maybe sprinkle some lemon juice to counter the soya sauce a bit.

Well that's basicly how i do it.

I still have a shitton of crepes left over. Last week was Maslenitsa. Probably gonna stuff some with cream cheese and imitation crab meat and fry them.

Try replacing chicken meat with chicken hearts, makes it twice as good.

My only cheat meal is three or four times a year ill have doritos, spicy dip and sour cream.

Absolutely fucking delicious, always feel horrible and sick afterwards and swear I'll never do it again.

My cheat meal is usually 3 small napolitanas since i dont eat sugar like at all. And right after training. I barely feel them and contain my sugar lust.
