yeah, even with seemingly good form I feel it in my lower back......cable rows / iso-lateral rows suit me just fine.
Its easy to cheat on. Use a lighter weight.
Your always going to feel it in your lower back, look at the way you set up for it...

Try starting them as a dead weight, similar setup to a deadlift.
Look at the way Cailer Woolam does heavy rows, starting each rep with the weight on the ground.

If you go heavy too early it's easy to cheat reps by doing some hip sorcery. You should focus on lighter weight with controlled, steady reps focusing on time under tension, with perfect form.
