I've suffered this my entire life. The faeces is hard coming out, and most of it comes out easily but there is always a tiny bit that simply doesn't. I know it's in there but no matter how much I wipe I never get it all clean. I eventually have to give up. This leads to me coming into the bathroom just to wipe. Very embarrassing. Idk why more faeces appears after I come back. Sometimes it's just very mucousy. I'm at my wits end. 18 years of having to walk around knowing there's a bit of shit that shouldn't be in me anymore. If I wipe too much I usually draw blood as well.
