This is an 8 week transformation under the supervision of a local PT, focused on delt work and managed to build muscle and lose fat

Loads of lateral raises, heavier weight that I could do max 10-12 reps with then later in workout lower weight with very controlled 20-25 rep sets, upright rows aswell but not too heavy just loads of reps

Lost 3lbs this week. Think i'm noticing a difference, although i only started last week so it's probably more *feeling* the difference than seeing it.
Went to the gym 4 days doing WS4SB, & the pool during the resting periods to tone up & get cardio. My current gym's kind of shit, it has a "strength gym" but no hanging bar so i'm really limited in terms of what exerscises i can actually do.
