Texas has a specific law that means in high school you can only go against gender that is on your birth certificate.

Roids aren't prohibited in highschool wrestling, or at least there isn't any screening if they're not allowed. When I was on a team, one of my friends was prescribed HGH because he was going to end up at like 5'3 if he didn't. It was never an issue and he was always able to participate in matches/tournaments.
