>What are your goals?
Maintain as much strength as I can while I cut another ~10 lb or so then lean bulk and gain ~15 lb or so before my high school reunion next year.
Unironically did SS + GOMAD for a month and glad I did because it made me realize full body was the way to go and I made good strength gainz (pic related, my gainz in about 4 months before focusing on cutting weight more than gaining strength)
>2 months cutting with keto OMAD, down 17 lb
>1 month SS + GOMAD
>2 months strength training at maintenance - OMAD
>1 month strength training at slight deficit - OMAD
>3 months strength training at >700 Cal deficit - OMAD
pics were taken 3 weeks ago so it's been about 9 months since I started, 7 months lifting. Progressing/maintaining lifts is difficult, but I've started doing front squats which has given me something that I can make newb gainz in and keep motivated.

the first one is me something like 6 months ago. I go from 174 lbs to 172 lbs to 168 lbs (maybe 167). Routine didn't change much. Main difference is I reduced carbs and started doing 20/4 IF every day.

currently full body 3x weekly
>front squat
>OHP
>chins
>superset dips + tricep extensions
>superset neutral grip lat pulldown + curls
>deadlift
sometimes I'll do db bench and cable flyes or reverse flyes instead of dips, or bb rows instead of pulldowns, and sometimes I'll do power shrugs after deadlifts depending on how I feel.

Everything under the sun, the only thing that matters is consistency and diet. Started most workouts with a barbell, transition to dumbbells, then machines, always finish with abs or hyper-extensions.

His before is me about a month ago. I’ve since dropped some bodyfat, but I’d be thrilled to end up somewhere around his middle picture.

220lbs(+) to 187lbs, goal 145lbs

CICO and working out 5x a week
Cardio 2x a week

Thanks buddy. Been lifting seriously for 3 years by the right picture and decided enough was enough. I did a drastic cut, 1500 kcals CICO, cardio everday, lifting 4x a week. My weight loss was pretty drastic desu and don’t be fooled because I have pretty good ab genetics.

CICO is Calories In/Calories Out. Losing weight is a numbers game. If you consume less calories than what your body needs to maintain its current weight, you will losr weight.

I used MyFitnessPal which keeps me accountable for everything I eat. You got to cook all your food and make sure you weigh/scan everything you consume so that you can accurately calculate the exact calories you’re consuming.

I have a hard time believing you gained 50 kg without roids. And as a decently buffed guy that fucks around alot in the gym I dont assume someone is on roids fast. It's amazing what you can achieve with just proper training and diet but 50 kg is over the fucking top.
