Advice thread!

half of these "robots" blame their problems on others instead of trying to realize that it might be their personality that makes others wary of them.
anons, if you cant find a girl (because you hate them and want them to be a "pure viginal" girl), why not just go to a local church and look for a nice homely woman? i used to be an incel, but i went to a local church and currently talking to a really cute girl. she wears makeup and seems like a stacy, but shes actually really anxious when talking to others. shes very kind and cute, and was very shy, and was nervous when i held her hand. shes never dated anyone, either, nor does she have a lot of friends. just go to a lot of places, like perhaps a library as well. maybe find a cute homely girl reading and say you like the book! just done be too offputting, user.
if you are socially anxious, you should take baby steps. if its because youre insecure about yourself, i would suggest doing light cardio 4-5x a week and eating lots of almond nuts or so. wash your face 5-6x a week. use moisturizer in the morning and one face mask each week, then put on facial scrub and facial cleanser at night before sleeping. make sure to drink at least 6 or more cups of water a day. if you want your eyebrows thicker, put on coconut oil on eyebrows. put coconut oil as well for more thick hair.
if you want to go to close meetups and join groups with the same interests you have! theres an app called "meetup", and its specifically for finding groups with the same interests and meeting up with them. ive done this, and made quite a few friends whod id meet up with occasionally after college.
lastly, if you have money problems, id suggest using the sites on this link: theworkathomewoman.com/short-task-sites/ it has a few suggestions on what to use for money.
good luck anons, and remember, it doesnt happen right away. i wish you the best. i hope this can hep you even a little! i believe in you.

I'm not going to lie, if you want to understand yourself and really become intelligent and self reliant or a leader. You should read bad things like Mein Kampf, The gulag archipelago, and the communist manifesto. It gives you an deep understanding of yourself. But besides that... George Orwell, Dostoyevsky, Solzhenitsyn, Jordan Peterson's pretty good, Neil Degrass Tyson, "Being Mortal: Medicine and What Really Matters in the End" Atul Gawande, Stuff Matters: Exploring the Marvelous Materials That Shape Our Man-Made World Mark Miodownik.

>branch off from there my bird of knowledge learn Plato and Theseus.
> become like Fabulinus and grow strong with knowledge.

I hope you all gave your penises a good rinse this morning.

>why not just go to a local church and look for a nice homely woman?
The youngest woman at the church mustve been at least 30 and was a single mother. Maybe the pickings are better in the states but not in this god forsaken town.
>join groups with the same interests you have!
What if my interests are going for country walks explicitly alone, reading highfalutin horrible books and being miserable?
>George Orwell, Dostoyevsky, Solzhenitsyn, Jordan Peterson's pretty good, Neil Degrass Tyson
Lmao at this list. Might as well buy a graphic bucko tee

I don't see what's wrong with simple and not so simple basic literary works to start off with. What would you recommend user?

>I don't see what's wrong with simple and not so simple basic literary works to start off with.
>start with dostoyevsky and solzhenitsyn
>comparing great works like those of dostoyevsky to neil degrass tyson
Youre so obviously a petersonite.
>What would you recommend user?
Depends where you are. To start with I wouldnt recommend something like Crime and Punishment which you wont even properly understand without a basis in other areas, certainly, not without one in Christianity.
Chesterton is fun, easy to read and not worthless. Plato is more heady but still easy: anyone wanting to get into philosophy should start with this or Christianity.

The most generic /sig/ list ive ever seen. You might as well throw in the secret or chicken soup for the soul garbage, its about as useful.

Peterson in no way supports Tyson user, and why I think the bible of whatever flavor you like something that should be read eventually it's not something immediately pressing. Also maps of meaning does a much better of opening someone's eyes to religious philosophy than a KJB Tora or Koran.

Then suggest something, I'm just trying to establish a base for our fellow user here....I'm in no way saying anything here is perfect but if these things are so mundane and generic then they should be read anyway user.

>Peterson in no way supports Tyson user
In no way was the point. Youre recommending the shit peterson shills and pop figures.
The bible forms the foundation for the majority of western thought. Im not even a Christian and I recognise this. Its necessary to understand Christianity if you want to understand the western canon. You dont necessarily have to read the bible but its the most direct route and has been adapted to be easy to read. Its not the most widely proliferated book for no reason.
Sure, you dont have to start with the bible but, equally, you ought not start with the brothers karamazov. Someone like Chesterton can easy you into it in a fun way.

Know what I'm hearing user?

>he mentioned Tyson and Peterson but not ma Bible.

Christian's bloody everywhere getting mad and calling you a shill for not shilling their brand of ideological nonsense in a sea of ideological nonsense.

Yes read the Bible but it doesn't mean anything more than reading any of these works even the simpler ones.

Seems like youre too babybrain to understand what Im saying. Maybe the paragraph I wrote was a little too big for you to read.
I even told you
>Im not a Christian
Im just not a retard atheist from 2001 so I recognise its foundational to western thought. So much so, people take Christian fundamentals for granted.

B-But i can't get a girl. Just die you bastards.

You did not say "Im not Christian" all I had to go off of was you pushing the bible as hard as you could. And I'm not necessarily trying to exclude the bible more so obviously better I was just attempting to make the user read opposing literary works to sort of force him to read what intrested him. And got home used to the gray and simultaneously simple/complicated reality that we live in. And I'm I've gotten from you is "Bible". Like user doesn't even know what a bible is.

Nonetheless I respect your opinion even if it doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Crime an punishment was a lovely suggestion but fuck me if you read the bible it's only fair in my opinion to read the other religious texts. And that's a lot or reading and studying. You could spend you whole life just on that. A little condensing isn't bad for user to get started with.

>You did not say "Im not Christian"
>Im not even a Christian
stopped reading there

Ight you got me there but my point still stands.

Your point that you clearly didnt even read what I said?
We'd probably just be going in circles because youre clearly not reading my posts even superficially never mind properly to go ahead and make an outright false statement like you did.
Maybe you'd prefer if I made a five hour youtube video titled "Based user DESTROYS Feminists with LOGIC and REASON" since I imagine thats more your thing.

Right I'm going to assume your just being a git to get a rize out of me. I resended my comment now you're just insulting me without addressing my point about the amount of work trying to dichotomise the bible would be. I didn't claim to be intelligent or a real authority on the subject. I just wanted user to get a nice baseline of reading so they could brach out. But you sir, have made two suggestions then worked hard to vex me. So sorry but I don't understand why you're as hostile to me as you've been.

>I don't understand why you're as hostile to me as you've been.
Its far more insulting to not even read an anons post than it is to call them a cretin to their face - its disrespectful.
>addressing my point about the amount of work trying to dichotomise the bible would be
Almost like thats a large part of why its a great introductory book.
>I just wanted user to get a nice baseline of reading so they could brach out.
And you havent addressed the idea that the Bible is foundational to western literature. A nice baseline of reading is the Bible. Even alone, its enough to read much. As opposed to Peterson's big book of memes and clean penises which is not.
Dostoyevsky is rooted so deeply in Christianity you wouldnt even understand the dilemna some characters face without an undertsanding of it.

I am too egoist and I am too full of myself
How I stop being like this?

ive considered going to college to find a qt plain girl but i dont know it seems fucked to do that just to try and find a gf while everyone else is practicing worship of their religion

holy shit i meant church im so sorry for being retarded

You've began speaking to me with an assuming and angry tone. I may not be a good example and this is obviously anitotal but I had no problem reading Dostoyevsky's "The Brothers Karamazov" with only a slight amount of knowledge of the Christian texts from my childhood exposure. I know his texts often feature themes of characters argueing about religion and such. But I can't imagine it's that bad. Anyway I would like to apologize for any offense I may have caused. And it may be because of my ideological bias but I've never considered the bible to be that important when reading Dostoyevsky. What would you recommend a KJV?
