Is there even a point in cutting if you look like this? Not sure if there is any muscles underneath all my fat

Is there even a point in cutting if you look like this? Not sure if there is any muscles underneath all my fat..

just do cardio to get down to a healthy size and then go for gains

Bulking/cutting is for advanced lifter and steroid users
Just eat like picrelated, don't skip cardio and lift weights like the Hulk. Only leave the gym once you are absolutely demolished, not when your daily workout routine is over. Lift for 2 hours straight if you have to
Whoever tells you that you can't gain muscle and lose fat at the same time is a dumb troll. This is especially true if you are either fat or lifting noob, both applying to you

At that point, the term is "weight loss", not "cutting". Do what says: you should probably go for losses, not gains. Bonus, gets you a good cardio base for when you actually lift.

This is what I looked like not long ago.

I'm making some progress, but damn it's slow and hard work.

Additionally. My senpai started stopping "are you pregnant?" Jokes on me.

Im currently on 80kg. What should my goal be for next month?

It took you years to get fat like that, don't expect to reverse it all within 3 months
Never give up and remember that fitness, just like greatness, consists of a lot of small things done right. Everytime you don't feel like lifting but still go, everytime you feel like eating a bag of chips but end up eating vegetable, it all adds up
It is indeed hard work but it's worth it. If it was easy everyone would do it

I would also suggest you try nofap in case you havent. I don't care what studies say or what other people think about it. I got more "life" and energy in me whenever I do it

Naw just lift hard and eat healthy. Do a cut in 6 months

the good news is that your fat distribution genes look like they're really good

also not sure how tall you are but 80kg is a healthy weight at 6'0". its only fat on Jow Forums.

don't tell me you're a manlet

Nigger, losing weight isn't "hard work", it's literally doing nothing. Yeah it might be "hard" but it's not hard work.
I'm a few years when you're more advanced and on a bulking/cutting cycle, you will CHERISH cutting season.
Cutting is the best. You don't have to buy and prepare retarded amounts of food, you're more energetic and healthy and so on.
Goddam I hate bulking.

I can't for the life of me fap to porn, no energy anyway. My gf takes care of the logistics. But i'll follow up on the veggies, thanks!

I'm relatively short. 5'6 according to American standards.

Dude, you’re actually making progress. Take it easy on yourself and listen to

You're still fat, you can easily add muscle during your cut.

I started a lot leaner than(70kg @ 176cm) you on an aggressive cut and still made some gains. You can absolutely do it.
Just keep going and you'll look better.

desu he could easily lose all that in 3 months if he cuts with a very large deficit and does like 30-40 mins of cardio everyday. It's not like he has any muscle to lose and if he just wants to get down to like 15% BF I'd say its very possible. I would guess hes around 26-28% BF so its really not that much weight to lose. It depends how dedicated and how strong his will is, however.

>Lift for 2 hours straight if you have to

Bitch if you ain't putting in at least 40 hours a week why even bother? You think you're gonna get fucking jacked on 14? Get out of my god damned gym!

>It depends how dedicated and how strong his will is
This is the stupidest fucking statement I always see in a fatty's thread. 99.99% of fat people aren't dedicated and strong willed in the first place--that's why they're fucking fat. Your body is your credit score and OP has tanked his already. He can bring it up, but it's most likely going to be a very long and slow process of small victories instead of a single large victory.

>Your body is your credit score
there's a new twist on a classic. will be on blogs in four weeks I'd say

concern yourself more with how you feel and how healthy you are than with your looks. i still look like shit but feel great compared to how i felt before

do whatever is gonna make u feel more comfortable. But commit either way

Where did you get that bearskin rug?

Just lift, idiot

Hot take of the day.

Honestly an inspiring effort on the journey, bro.

You do need to shave, though.
