It's genetics you retard. When david laid lifts, he looks like david laid but with bigger muscles. When you lift, you look like you but with bigger muscles. Why did you think lifting would make you look like a different person? He has different proportions, different insertions, different *everything*. It's genetics. Be happy that you look better than when you started.

looks come with low BF, you have the muscle. Just cut, think 4-5 months low calorie high protein.
that's it, rest is genetics but you can gain a lot form a good cut.

All the bullshit in this thread aside
>all i have is strength
Nice, now try upping your reps and moving in to a traditional bodybuilding routine and see how you go.
You look good anyway, don't let Jow Forums bring you down.

holy mother of aesthetics you look good. Any specific excercises for those insane transversus and oblique muscles?

You do know David Laid is on steroids, right?

Height, weight and bicep routine?

I think it's more the combination of ok biceps and well-trained triceps that makes his biceps (or arms for that matter) look bigger.

working on chest as much as possible.
pic related - right elbow to left knee, and reverse and regular straight up. sets of 40
173cm, 72kg now (70in pic) - just heavy compunds and then all kinds of curls for pump - and pullups
