Right now. Currently eating 1100 cals a day, 130g of protein in there. Only carb source is fiber one cereal and a cup of skim milk so most of my carbs is fiber so I don't get super constipated. Currently 6'2, 215, roughly 25% BF. My will is iron.

I've eaten 700 calories and trained in the same day probably making it net 300 at the highest

The minimum amount of calories I did while in a cut was 1300kcal while lifting and it was total shit.
Shit were about the same man (6’1” 225lbs about 25%). I found cutting that low is easy if you eat pasta as a carb source, do IF. Although I lift in the mornings so I’ll prbanly start eating some oats for breakfast.
Another thing I just realized, I’ve been horribly inactive. I’m gonna start walking a few hours a day. That alone would get me down to 205 pretty quickly.
