I understand the concern... Peanuts contain no omega 3 fatty acids, and a moderate amount of omega 6... but if you compare them with say, walnuts, walnuts contain double the amount of omega 6 fatty acids but they do contain some omega 3... I think if you are concerned of this it'd make most sense to consume peanuts and say, fish. But even still the nuts have a 4:1 or a 2:0 ratio with the fats which from what I'm reading is within natural levels... I'm not so sure nuts are what you should go after here with the omega fat stuff.
