Go out and talk to people. This is the single most important thing you can do. It is the only way you will meet someone special. It will be scary and hard. Go with your friends to meet their friends, and just ask a random person about the most recent sport event or other normie shit, then pretend you have to go and move on. Eventually you get comfortable with it, and better at conversation. And then after a while you'll meet someone special. Even if that seems too hard on its own, do something easier, like going with your friend for half an hour, and don't talk to anyone, just listen. The first step is the most important.

I decided I hated my life, but nothing could change it except me.
So I started focusing on things I could change. Fitness being the main one.
After fixing my diet and working out, it didnt take long for my confidence to rise.
I still have days where I feel less confident.
But I talk to girls all the time, people compliment me on how good I look and often I catch girls looking at me when Im out in public. I can look back at them and smile, instead of what I use to do (which was look at the ground or anything but them)
Its a snowball effect. Fix the things about yourself that you can.
Unless you have some serious deformation, things can start looking up. Just dont stay socially awkward. Get a job where you have to interact with people or something.
