Just ran my first mile today after having a bad bout with Asthma.
We're all gonna make it!!!

Sad bump

No one his bashing through PR''s ?

>kid walks by and see's me re-racking 135 onto bench
>wow hes so strong
>mfw
>wholesome mires are the best

>at gym like 6 weeks ago
>trying to squat
>doing bad
>personal trainer pulls me to one side
>teaches me to squat for a good 20 minutes or so
>last week
>squatting
>same trainer is with a client
>resting
>he comes over
>"your squats are looking much better mate!"

Felt good.

Bumping for OP

Why not ? Breaking PR''s feels great

I finally hit 2 plate bench this week and that was afterthe my heavy work sets

And then later I won a deadhang comp and got loads of free shit

After years of lifting on and off, I finally broke my bench plateau where I gave up on lifting every time. It's 160lbs and weak and shit but I think I'm really gonna make it this time

>7 lbs away from 40 lb weight loss goal
>lifts are kind making really slow progress, but relative strength has increased due to weight loss
Feels good.

started the gym again, doing PPL this time, feeling motivated, already progressed on the second session a few reps, time to increase the weight

dont be afraid, the e-statters here are a really bad influence and can seriously hurt people.
i kept doing greyskull when i had plateu on the ohp because i read stats here so i didnt change the program, i kept trying and the bar went backwards and i could have gotten really hurt

this pic would have come REALLY nice a few months ago for me

Front Squatted 3x5 225 lbs, hoping to reach 275 by next winter

thanks man. i guess I just need to understand patience more.

I've been run up against the biggest plateau in all of bouldering lately: V4-V5

>tonight I went in, and sent every single V4 in my fuck huge bouldering gym in 1 session. >Total 17 routes
>Including 5 I had never done before.
>did 3 of those first try.
>clothes were soaked through and my forearms and biceps were burning
>friend of mine pointed out a V5 he had been projecting
>i crushed it in one try.
>My hands were on fire, and I scraped the shit out of my hand reaching for the last hold, but i clinched it.
>Did one more V5 I had already completed before I was done for the night.
>still hit the ab roller and some quick OHP before I left
>1pl8 OHP for 1 rep after all that

Felt fuckin good. But my hands are too raw to wank tonight.

I finally found my resolve. I was afraid of being higher body fat for a year or so. resulting in me bulking and cutttng off and on for a year and making no gains. but I finally found my resolve and am going to bulk till next christmas. fuck what other people think

also I'm getting close to graduating college so I'm job hunting. and I've been looking at a martial arts gym near back home. What martial art would you guys recommend? they have stuff like bjj mma, boxing, and one other I think, its a big place

>hands are too raw to wank tonight

you need a gymbro

Got to do squats and deadlift for the first time in a while thanks to a herniated disc. Finally got the green light from the Dr. It felt really good even though I went light. 1pl8 squat, 2 pl8 dl. So worried about having another blowout

Thanks user. I feel about climbing like i ablut lifting when I first discovered it. Shit is so engrossing and all consuming. It's addictive.

I've been sick as fuck this week but still managed to exceed expectations on deadlift.

>fix my ohp form
>lifts immediately progress

feels good brehs
