thanks, I haven't transitioned into weights yet other than dumbells, just been doing cali stuff because I was weak as fuck and didn't want to look stupid lifting light weights (shitty self-esteem) the only weights I keep track of are 20kg pull/chinups for 5 reps 3 sets currently.gonna see how many dips I can do tomorrow with 10kg

I’ve been bulking for a while, and now I’m at a bulk/cut crossroads. These two picture are taken only two days apart. Looking in the mirror one day I thought I needed to cut and the other I felt like I needed to bulk. The only difference was lighting. How do I know whether to bulk or cut when I look too fat or too small on different days in the mirror?

What do you guys think? Keep bulking and keep building up my back and chest? Or in a month do a short cut for summer to lean out and get rid of excess fat?

Could use some advice.

Thanks dude, but honestly I worked hard for this frame to show. It took me years of consistent training in some form or another and super strict dieting. I love doing it and it's fun but it has been an evolution.

Right now I'm on a routine that doesn't involve much lifting, 3 times a week max. I bike, swim, run, climb and do yoga. I hit the gym whenever I can but I just don't have the time to go as much as I should.

So my stats are bullshit because I'm not consistent.

Try supersetting rope curls/pushdowns on the cable machine, I do this 2-3x a week after my compounds and my arms are approaching 16' (15.5' now)
