In an ideal world, I wouldn't mind foreigners coming to my country and freely associating with private individuals and using public property so long as they followed all the previously agreed upon rules for that public property, and I would love to freely travel to other countries and possibly use their public property in a rule abiding manner and associate with the individuals living there
But we don't live in an ideal world, there are culture clashes, niggers and spics abusing social programs (which shouldn't exist in the first place), other countries don't simply allow me to freely enter their countries and associate myself in a non-aggressive way with their citizens and my government takes my money claiming it will spend it in my best interest and colossally failing to deliver on even that basic promise
