Tried getting red Kratom mixed in with some water and fill the rest with cranberry juice. Really nice mixture for me but red Kratom helps a lot with moods.

I mix it with coffee. Freezing in water / coffee cuts down on taste but I tend to not put forth the effort to do it since I'm used to it. Also keep in mind taste varies from vendor to vendor. I got 750g coming in the mail today, just in time because i only have a dose or so left of rather weakish stuff and I got a shit ton of muscle aches and cramps because I just started working out again.

I think the energy thing is bullshit. It definitely helps with DOMS for me. I actually hurt my fingers and toes recently since I've been taking it every day, think it's due to not feeling anything lol I used to mix it with coffee but my dose is so high now that it just tastes horrible, so I just have it alone with hot water

It acts on opioid receptors, it definitely helps. strain and color matters. straight black coffee My dose is high too, i feel you Reds (euphoria, pain relief, anxiety) and Whites (euphoria, energy). Strain depends on vendor and season, but Maeng Da or Bali or two good ones to try. Either way, if you're buying shitty headshop kratom you wont feel anything.

I got a batch from gaia botanicals and it was shit me and my friend literally took 20 pills a night. literally no effect. literally not even a buzz. people told me it was my tolerance because kratom from anywhere else fucked me up but this shit did nothing no this shit was a scam.
me and my friend took so much we got sick and ever since then its been hard to take kratom pills because I used to take them with no problem no I get a little sick swallowing the pills and nothing like that ever happened before I got a batch from gaia and had to take 30. I've tried most of the commonly used recreational drugs out there. Compared to most of the illegal drugs or scheduled pharmaceuticals I've tried, Kratom is a fucking joke. I can cop a buzz off it, and the buzz is fairly strong, but if you're looking for a relaxing downer type of effect, it won't do you nearly as well as an opiate or even a benzo. The thing about Kratom is that it has both stimulant and depressant properties and sometimes the stimulant side comes out more than you're expecting, so you take this stuff expecting to relax and it just keeps you up all night. Also, the buzz you get off it, even when it goes well, isn't worth the discomfort of drinking it or the effort of packing it into like 10 gel caps or whatever it was I needed to catch a buzz off the stuff. I also found that it tends to cause a lot of nausea, which is never a good thing.
Anyway, I put Kratom into that category that weed is in; drugs that have a mix of effects that aren't really complementary. If you want sedation, opiates or benzos will do you better; if you want stimulation, amps or coke will do you better. Ultimately Kratom is the epitome of shit people do only because it's legal... People try to get high off of shit like Kava and Valerian and it never works, then try Kratom and the 'holy shit I actually felt something' effect blinds them to the fact that what they're feeling isn't really that good.

I use to do it and I urge everyone to not try it. Shit is great but no one talks about the downsides. Its like an opiate and it killed my sex drive for the longest time. I went from opiate addict and quit with kratoms help. Then I just couldnt quit kratom. After about a year of daily doses my dick turned into a wet noodle. My new gf was crying because I couldnt keep a boner while fucking her and I felt less masculine overall. Id keep my head down and in Muay Thai I was less aggressive. It turns you feminine.
I was trying to skip a dose a fuck my gf then rush to take a dose but after a while of that it would take me two days to even get hard. I ended up quitting so I could have a sex drive again. After about a month of not taking it I can fuck anytime.
Before you come to me saying it helps you fuck like a pornstar it did that to me too for the first year. Just after that it went from lasting longer to not cumming to semi hard dick to no sex drive.
Shit isnt worth it.
