That appears to be what actually happened that day. From what we know she ambushed people eating at tables outside and it seems very unlikely only a few people suffered minor injuries. It is more likely she shot in the air or ground to scare everybody and eventually committed suicide. They of course will not release any footage to support these claims because it would take focus off of her being an "insane" shooter and make people remember she was made miserable by their policies and lack of communication.

Her videos had been routinely flagged and age restricted on YouTube and eventually all of her channels were demonetized. She had 3 or 4 different channels in different languages. They ranged from exercise, cooking, music parodies, fashion and beauty. She claimed her websites weren't showing up or were giving some kind of warning to visitors in search engines like Google. She was making something like 7 cents on a video that had over 300,000 views and believed her content was being filtered. These are things that lead up to the final conflict.
