I have a friend who is a small-time instathot/YouTube personality. I've never told anyone this before because people will just think I'm making shit up. But yeah it's the stereotypical instathot pictures, and her YouTub acct. is just sex talk/dildo reviews.

She used to be a realtor and did pretty well for herself right out of high school. Problem is, she slept around a lot in the industry, sometimes with dudes in their 30's/40's. She says the industry is toxic so she left, but I believe she got chased out by the chads who wouldn't put up with her whoring around and wrecking marriages/workplace politics.

Once she went the instathot/"influencer" route she gets about one DM per hour proposing sex. Not just from beta pajeets, but like, married country music artists, athletes, that sort of thing. She shows me all of these. Occasionally she takes them up on the offer. She's straight up told me we're banging the next time she comes up here so I guess I'm in that rotation as well.

Their lifestyle is literally just buying clothes, taking selfies, and fucking random dudes that slide into their DM's. No hobbies, no friends, just sitting alone in their bedroom putting on different clothes and doing their make up. Every day.

Here's the sad/hilarious part: she's now realizing this lifestyle is ruining her. Mid 20's and she can't find a boyfriend. Any decent dude won't touch her with a ten foot pole, so on her insta stories she'll post stuff about desperately trying to flirt with like, 40 year old men at department stores in the hopes that they'll bang in the bathroom.

It's rough to watch. But these girls hit about 24-26 and their life is pretty much over. They are all massively depressed behind the scenes and have nothing going for them.

It was actually pretty interesting at first because it confirmed a lot of the theories r9k had about instathots.

Semi-related story but I knew another girl who worked for a summer as the promotional/social media rep for... a sports venue. Won't say the league, won't say the sport. Think like, AAA baseball or the AHL. She is the girl going around taking pictures for the official instagram account of stadium X, if that makes sense.

We were chatting over dinner one night (lel), and she told me about some promo event we had to RSVP to, and she accidentally gave out her personal cell # instead of her work cell #. I think it was no less than ten athletes all basically bombarded her with the same pitch of "I have infinite money and will fly you this resort town, will you be my girlfriend?"

I think she took at least two of them up on the offer. I know because I was one of them.

I know a similar sad situation with a friend of my older sister. I don't remember the details exactly, but the girl is in her 40s and she can't find a man, she found some "mature" guy in his 50s or something that was "right for her". Turns out the guy was a total asshole and apparently he had an ex wife and kids that she was forced to take care of, or something like that, and he treated her badly, and was possessive of her. Last time i saw her she looked exhausted and shaking, almost like the guy made her mental. I don't know if she was a thot or anything like that, i always liked her, she looked very cute, almost like she was in her 20s.

The problem is, she has scared off the well-meaning guys.

She links her YouTube channel to her social media, and her YouTube is full of vlogs where she talks about being a homewrecker + screwing random guys. She gets tons of comments from younger girls (18-25) being like "omg your stories are so funny to listen to" and she does make a decent income from her shilling, but what she doesn't realize is that any decent guy doing a 30sec. background check on her ends up discovering that she's a turboslut.

Personally, I think she's a nice girl. I'd love to have her as a roommate. But I've told her straight up that her market value has diminished substantially. If your entire YouTube channel is loaded with videos of you describing in detail banging a guy in his 30's when you were just 21 and nearly destroyed his marriage, of course you're going to have trouble finding a decent guy.
