Use it as a pre-workout and to meet my calorie intake lad.

Went out with the boys for some beers and to hunt ass last night.
Dont really care because it was fun and I only had like 6 beers.

because scotch is life.

based and redpilled

Lifestyle sustainability is the goal.
Only cut things out that you're happy you can do without for good.
Same with all of your diet,
Same with all your body fat goals,
Don't make yourself miserable for the sake of one aspect of your being

Because every time I go to the club the Chads from my gym are there getting drunk as fuck and gaming on women. They say hi to me and give me daps and one guy is always miring my gains. Its pretty based to see the guys there

I AM SOOOO LONELYYYYYY ANDDD WAAANT TO FOOOORGETT

Anyone else collect expensive and country specific alcohol from countries they've visited for decoration? I don't drink alcohol, but there is something nice and aesthetic about a well designed bottle of alcohol.

Alcohol is necessary for life.

What kind of small ass town do you live in? I never see my gympeers outside the gym

Yeah I've collected beer bottle caps from Russia, want to do other eastern euro countries next

this.

>tfw not feeling hungry on hangover days
legitimately a good way to lose weight.

Sometimes the depression is crippling so I use it mask the pain for a night or two.

Same :(

Alcohol makes you feel good and things seem to go smoothly.

So I can fuck fat freshmen girls and not feel bad about it

>3 weeks no alcohol
>become depressed

i don't feel like drinking again but i was way better mentally when i was

5 years clean and sober. Still perpetually depressed though.

I haven't exercised in over a year. I feel pretty smug knowing that when I do get back into it the gains will come quick. I've got muscle memory from lifting religiously 5-6 days a week for 3 years in highschool.

i drink dry red wine every couple of days after dinner.
tastes great, it's relaxing and most of all have great cardiovascular health benefits.

Feeling smug at the idea of doing something.

Reclaiming lost gains with the help of muscle memory is fun only until your lifts start stalling, at which point you haven't become as big as you used to be despite equal lifts.
