Well I've started doing vacuums this week but I don't think i should cut yet, I've been lifting since September and am 182 ~79 kg rn. What causes blockiness?

I have unironically put some thought into it but its an undertaking I do not take lightly. There is a lot involved and I may want to wait until I'm in a position where I could home brew.
Supposedly heavy deads and squats cause a thicker waist but probably genetics too. Going ham on your medial delts/delts in general to accentuate your taper may also help. Lats too perhaps. That's quality work for lifting from september

I dropped running from my workout due to getting little niggling pains and tendonitis in my heel. Now I do rowing for the same amount of time and burn similar calories. My lats appear to be growing quicker too.
