120kg/100kg/150kg

3/2/4 otherwise NGMI

2/3/4

Probably something like:

1.25×BW/1×BW/1.75×BW

>2pl8s squat
>3pl8s bench

Realistically unless your obese

Body weight or there about + 15%, + 25%

SS+GOMAD

3/4/4.75

You have offered no stats. The number will be different for everyone but generally speaking 2/185/2-3pl8.

It also depends on your athletic background like if you played football growing up you might be more inclined than someone who only swam or distance ran to lift a little heavier

if you are serious and dedicated, in twelve weeks you can add 60 pounds onto your bench and 120 onto squat and DL.

Why does this image paired with these words make me cry

wow that monkey is black

1/2/3/4 after about a month of lifting.
If you can't hit that, stop lifting and become a trap.

more than you did before

5'6 manlet reporting in, I started lifting in January doing 5x5 and my squat now is 145, bench 115 (I fucked up my shoulders years ago doing underhand physically labor for this fucked up Norwegian Irish guy) and my deadlift is 180. My starting weight was 128 and now I'm 139.

Real talk. I try and add 2.5kg every few weeks and deload if I struggle.

Focus on form rather than weight. Only increase weight if you can at least 5x5 cleanly or whatever reps/sets you are working with.

Or do what Jow Forums tells you, try 4pl8 after 4 days of lifting and see how that works out

Based and brappilled

the only useful answers in this thread

well it fucking depends, if you just started and you're a skelly with 60kg deadlift its gona take much longer than 3 months to hit a 4 plate deadlift

We are all gonna make it

Pathetic if you can only do this after 3 months

It's highly variable and depends on your routine, diet, sleep schedule, genetics, etc.

TLDR: Better than 3 months prior

I look like I lift but am not very strong at 62kg 5'9

Squat- 110-115 kg
BP- 85-90
Deadlift- 130 kg
Unless you want to be a fatass, in that case it's higher.

Depends on where you start, if at a hungry skeleton I think 3 months with a good diet .5/1/1.5/2 for the big 4 should be a realistic goal. If fat I think it depends on how your body reacts to the movement because I’ve seen Fatfucks pick up heavy weight like its nothing
