Is 335 @180 lbs bw considered good?

no

Eh I’m pulling 365 @ 180 lbs and it doesn’t feel impressive. Just work your way up to 4pl8, then you can feel good about ur deads otherwise keep up the good work fren

I'm 6'1"

normies will be impressed, Jow Forumscels will not be impressed

>Tfw I can barely bench 40kg at 72kg 180cm

Doing heavy (for you) deadlifts with good form is very good user :)

plenty of normies deadlift that much

Same but I got a 2pl8 squat and deadlift

Being tall is an advantage for deadlift you brainlet

But 180 at 6ft is less strong than 180 not 6ft

same, except my front squat is 3pl8, dead is 4.5pl8, and bench isnt 0.5pl8, its 3.5pl8 lol

I've only been lifting for 6 weeks lmao

Most normies don't DL you sperg

manlets clearly have the advantage

imagine having the bar start at your mid thigh instead of your shins, it's like a rackpull

normies love deadlifting and it's been that way for like 5+ years now. deadlifting rode the same wave as nerd culture -> mainstream culture

Retard

Normies think deadlifting will literally break your back

you must go to a planet fitness or something

>broke 500 on DL today
>broke 315 bench yesterday
>got my good friend and roommate to start lifting with me because he’s training for SF selection
It’s a good fucking week my dudes. Keep posting your successes

past 5 reps your really not improving strength, rather endurance. I recommend moving to a heavier weight for 3-5 reps 5 sets for progressive overload :)

Forgot to mention he pulled 350 today as well which was an entire pl8 heavier than he had ever gone before
