Where the fuck did this come from? I'm pretty impressed that they've got your height down to the tenths of an inch.

My gym has a machine where you stand in and it measures your height/weight then prints this ticket

I don't understand BMI.

I'm 6' and according to the charts 140 is still in the healthy range of weight for me?

Not a fatfag complaining, I'm 170, but still shit seems off.

Legit info:

I went for a check up last year to see if I had ruined my liver yet. The doctor also did some general health checks, BMI was one of them but she said it doesn't hold too much value if you lift as they use it for regular people and gym rats will have a higher muscle % which the chart doesn't take into account.

PS. I'm still at 100% liver function.

>ruined my liver
You drinking everyday or something?

as an american, I know i have no room to criticize, but if your second unit is just going to be lbs anyways, why do y'all bother saying "10stone 11lbs" instead of just 151lbs? just traditional, i assume? seems superfluous...
regardless, that's a sick machine you've got there, and good stats. sounds like a similar build to me (5'7-8" , 142lbs)

oh wait, lemme do the conversion: 10st2lbs
there ya go

4 Years as a student, not every day but I went pretty hard. I also read somewhere about the potential of liver damage from prolonged use of supplements so figured I should go get checked out.

What gym?

what's the machine called? actually really interested in this.

bump for interest

A scale with a tape measure attached

lol 5'8" manlet op

BMI is just a ratio between your weight and your height
