why PPL is more popular than ABC?

C legs + shoulders
i think its way better the proportions are lookin reasonable

I did ABC before because fuck legs and shoulders are important so I dedicated a half day to them.

Reason why people don't do this is probably because hitting shoulders also hits chest and triceps (OHP) and the point is to separate which muscles you target

possibly the worst split I've read on here. 0 leg work and shit frequency on everything else.

No it's not - and no one cares what straight guys think about women. Women dress and doll themselves up for other women, in clothes made for them by other women or gays.

Im going back to ABC. Tried PPL for 2 weeks, man working out 3 groups a day really is tyring and time consuming.

That's just PPL except you do a press o leg day.

I did ABC before switching to Madcow's. I've never done PPL, which is funny as is somewhat quite similar to ABC (but too much legs IMHO).

Legs twice to shut up the no skip leg days
If you're reserving the last 2 days for volume work and keep the whole week as rest or do intensity work erryday and Saturdays for cardio.

Is the patrician training regime

Because I can workout every day with PPL and I can customize PPL to double up whatever is lagging by alternating P/P/P/L/P/P/L/P/P/P/L for example since I'm not a robot who doesn't know how to customize my routine.

It's the same idea as pair heavy strength training with hypertophy accessory work for example to get BIGGER and STRONGER at the same time.

Day A: barbell curls , bench, shoulder barbell press minor leg workouts (low weight squats)

Day B: deadlifts, upright rows, squats, lats

C: torso + abs

very good taste, left is based

Ppl is easy to program
>push/pull
Major press/ pull (row and bench)
Seccondary press (ohp and chin ups)
Then arms and machines

Legs is just squats hamstring curls and calf raises.
