Good advice but in the end it dont matter. I am in decent shape and looked the part(as regular cosplay of Captain America) and am 6 feet tall and got MOGGED by a 5'6" manlet ginger who cosplayed as the same thing just because he had a noce shield. Keep in mind he was so small and my shoulders are broad so yeah trying to do nerd stuff while looking good can actually not help.
