I work out for at least 45 minutes. It's a 15 minute walk to the gym, then a 15 minute walk home.

How long do you rest between sets? I only rest for like a minute at most. I find if I dont knock out my work out quick, I loos that momentum personally.

Plus I go everyday but Saturday so theres no need for me to cram a lot of different sets in.

There are different kind of schedules, when i go all in its atleast 2 hours a day sometimes split day/evening thats when i gain the fastest.
