You are buying canned red salmon, right bro? You do know farmed salmon isn't as good for you, don't you?
When I lived in the UK I fucking loved eating canned spinach.
both are a bout as terrible
Food in the UK supermarkets is generally overpriced and shit quality. So glad I can shop for groceries in a proper store now that I no longer live there. The produce was practically never fresh, everything was expensive except for eggs and milk. So i guess you can eat a gorillion eggs and gomad pretty easily but other than that damn what tripe.
where did you shop? i agree that food here can be expensive, but only in comparison to america and other third world countries >:) the quality of food here is generally pretty high.
Agree, mainland europe has better grade food than britistan
>what do you buy?
lean, grass fed beef, of course

The Morrisons deli counter chicken is great for protein when bulking.
Are there any healthy fast food places outside of London? There is one in London called vital ingredient which is boss.
I work away a lot and have to resort to fast food lunches or supermarket meal deals.
Buy meat in bulk once a month from halal wholesale butchers and other paki shops. Buy fresh veggies from Lidl/Aldi every couple of weeks. Buy frozen food from Iceland now and then. Farmer's markets for random bits occasionally. Haven't found anywhere particularly great for fish other than fishmongers but we don't have any here except at supermarkets.
Salmon is god tier

Recently discovered how good chicken thighs are if you're on a budget, £2 for a KILOGRAM of chicken. 140g protein, it's fucking ridiculous.
