scales like that are more usefull for tracking progress rather than being accurate af.
So while you may not be 7% bf right now, you can use it to track how much % higher or lower you are a month from now.

Other than that, whatever the number is, it doesnt change how you look. So let's say you still have lower gut fat, then you're next step is to go lower, no matter what the scale says.

Lower gut fat storage is the hardest and last place you lose fat from. It's also important to have realistic goals. What I mean by that is, if you go lower in bf%, you will lose mass.
So maybe you have an idea of bf% in your mind you want to achieve. From other goal body examples. It's just good to know if those are achievable natty or not
