Finally got to squatting 3pl8's after starting out at with 25lb plates at a 3 month span. I don't have a gf and am too much of a sperg to talk to women so I just went home and power fapped to some brooklynne briar

82.5 kg bench for 5 reps of 3 sets followed by 55 kg incline barbell press for 4x10. Pretty sure Imma be benching a plate on the incline next week. My pecs are sore but im so happy with the recent progress.

Attempting to brute-force my way into a 47.5kg bench for 5x5.
Aiming for 2pl8 by September of next year which I’ll hopefully achieve far earlier than that.

I hit the 345lb again so crisis averted, they were better reps than last week so that's a start but I didnt get stronger so you are right.

Just did a 75% rom OAC @ 100kg/223lbs. Going to cut a few pounds off to get the full one in a couple of weeks. Lifting motivation is going to shit but at least bouldering is progressing.

335 lbs deadlift 1x3 @ 135 lbs 5'7, maybe 10 months lifting, maybe at 90% of 1 rep max. Deloading this week but will be back at it on Monday

I’m knocking on 200s door

I've been on a hypertrophy mesocycle for a couple of weeks now, but last PR was a 66kg OHP 4 x 5 @79kg bodyweight. Felt great.

bench pressed 1pl8, ohped 20 kg (half a plate), squatted 60kg (one and a half plates) today all for 5.
lifting for a month and look like shit, but Normies are asking already what kind of sports I do

got 25 incline pushups (as in your feet are elevated and arm in the incline BP posistiobln) yesterday on the first set. Jumped nearly 8 reps more than my usual. That greasing the groove shit works for endurance stuff.
Got 15 pullups earlier this week previous record was 10.

Tested out all my one rep maxes after 3 months of lifting

OHP: half pl8
Bench Press: 1.5 pl8s
Squat: 2pl8 for 2 reps
Deadlift: 3pl8s

Haven't stalled with linear progression yet, feels good

deadlifted 60kg/130 lbs two days ago for 5, just as much as squat.
I'm pretty much exactly at half of 1/2/3/4 right now, hope I'll hit those numbers by Easter next year.
Also did my first pullup ever a few days ago after being a fat fuck that did no sports at all all my life, feels really good

My last good PR was a 100kg squat, was my first time in a gym other than my shitty home gym. It felt fucking amazing, but I occasionally get a bit bummed out knowing that I’ve been working out for this long and still have a really long way to go. I guess it might get me pumped up to. Sorry for blogposting, I’ll be less gay tomorrow. Extra gains for everyone if dubs

205 paused bench. All my lifting bros maxed out on the big 3 blasting music. Pretty hype.

Redid my previous best sets of bench and incline bench. Had to deload, and then got sick, and then lifted lighter when i felt healthy enough to lift, so it's been a month since i've been able to do these weights.
90kgx5 and 65kgx10 respectively, it was a push day.
It murdered my OHP tho, had to go from 60kg (x7 amrap) to 45x10. Felt strain in my shoulder which got me scared. First time i got shoulder doms in forever. Didn't feel that strain/pain in the previous 2, in fact my shoulders felt much more comfortable than usual. But having to take down so much weight from the ohp after failing to push it up next to a cute milf was embarrassing.
I really should get my shoulder checked
