I use some random korean facial wash in the morning while I shower after gym then when I get home from work I wipe a stridex pad around my face. I also have some nice body washes that smell good that I choose depending on my mood. I have a moisturiser but I dont use it cos it makes me feel sticky. for my hair I shampoo once a week, usually on the weekend and conditioner once a week but not on the same day I shampoo. I also use a nose strip once a year when shit starts looking gross. for fragrance I have a collection of around 10 for various situations and seasons, I wont list my absolute favourite as I dont want it to become mainstream like aventus but when I wanna feel cozy I like to use a very small spray of ultra male, some tuscan leather when I dont feel like talking to people and when im hitting the town and want some attention Ill use some sauvage or aventus.

The thermal hot spring at the spa here has water that is full with Iodine, Bromium, Chlorine, terpenes so it is just about right for my oily skin.

Most important thing is sunscreen if you want to be fucking 21 year olds at 38

i shower 3 times a day 2 of those are cold ones + i wash my face with soap
idk if its a routine i still have giga acne tho

Glossier day one kit. Cleanser, moisturizer, lip balm (in that order). Any other method is fake and gay and probably counter productive

This honestly

The Ordinary Glycolic Acid Toning Solution
Cerave Foaming Cleanser
The Ordinary Granactive Retinoid
The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid
Cerave Moisturiser
SPF 50 Sunscreen

In that order, but some are only PM, and some are only a few times a week, moisturiser and sunscreen always

soap is shit for your face, look on r/skincareaddiction, there's bound to be a wealth of acne advice

Redpill me on retin-a bros, is it worthwhile? What about retinol?

Get retinol if you've got need for it (and know what it's actually for).

I have it in my routine because I've got hyperpigmentation in areas from psoriasis.
Also if you do use it, do it in the PM and use sunscreen.

>tfw smile lines
bros...

I drink water

Acne is caused from the inside and should be combated from the inside.

No.
I need one though, I've got pretty bad seborrheic dermatitis over my nose and through my hair.

Tretinion daily, sunscreen daily, preventative Botox.

>Botox
Wouldn't that cause a very apparent skin shape to appear long term? Or is that because people over do it in their later years?

>doxycycline 1x a day
>duac in morning
>adapalene in evening
>wash face before above two with cetaklenz
>sunscreen
after almost a decade of terrible acne and trying every OTC facewash/cleanser, i finally went to a doctor and had that stuff prescribed. it has helped my breakouts immensely

I use an occasional honey-green tea-lemon-sugar facemask. It literally looks like I have diarrhea all over my face but the shit works

The latter. All Botox does is make you not make the skin crease as much as it otherwise would, makes the muscle involved less active. It’s very misunderstood but doing it preventatively before the wrinkles set it is god tier

How long does the effect on the muscles last?

>Wake up.
>Wash face.
>No soap.
>Carry on with my day not concerned with the softness of my skin like a woman.

>Carry on with my day not concerned with the softness of my skin like a woman.
Gay
If you care about aesthetics at all you should at least moisturise

Day:
Wash face with water only (no soap)
Moisturizer
Sunscreen

Night:
Wash face with water only
Retin-a sierum
Moisturizer
Dark eyes circles cream

How do I get rid off dead skin on my face.

I literally have to scrub my face with my nails really hard.

Manual exfoliation is fucking trash
Get a good chemical exfoliator (eg The Ordinary Glycolic Acid Toning Solution), use it twice a week before bed, moisturise after

legit question. Does jerking it cause or exacerbate acne? I've noticed that when I go a week or longer my acne fades much quicker, but for a couple days after jerking it, it flares up or becomes more inflamed. Any thoughts on this?

I use this moisturizer for my face. It's supposed to be for beards but after 6 weeks I decided I didn't like how the beard experiment was going and shaved it, but for now still using it since it's made my face better.

I have Keratosis pilaris so I use amlactin moisturizer on my arms and chest every morning and night. The bumps are still visible and it's not as smooth as say my inner arm where I don't have it, but it's clearing up loads after less than a month.

So really this whole never going outside and having no friends to go to beer gardens with is just letting me slowbuild my pussy getting? Interesting.

Stridex pad for that salicylic acid for acne/toning?
Cerave for moisturizer.
Sunscreen for not burning or gettng cancer.

Any recommendation for skin care after wet shaving?

How exactly do you deal with bumpy skin texture? I'm not talking about pigmentation but rather the overall uneven shape of the skin layer. I have been using AHA every other day for the past two weeks with the days in between dedicated to BHA. Are exfoliants such as these really enough to fix this? I do understand that it may take months before the effects of AHA fully manifest as epidermis thickens, but is it realistic to expect the skin uneveness to go away? The only other step available is moving to retinols before hitting the skincare wall.

after shave balm (not alcohol, lotion - as long as it doesn't break you out) then sunscreen

also sunscreen afterwards?
shave balm, waiting for 30-60 minuten and then sunscreen?

What about which hazel?

My nose is very oily and has sebaceous filaments apparently (littlr black dots all over). What do bros?

any skincare, sunscreen last

NOTHING MAKES THE UNDER EYE CIRCLES GO AWAY
I CAN BENCH 3PL8 AND STILL LOOK LIKE A HEROIN ADDICT BECAUSE OF THIS
KILL ME NOW

straight razor

surgery

If it genetics then your only route is makeup.

If they are actually black then go for BHA/salicylic acid as it's perfect for black heads/open comedomes. However sebaceous filaments are light brown and due to their nature it's not really possible to get rid of them as they will come back, not to mention the removal methods can damage the skin.

You are drying out your skin. You are not meant to shower 3 times a day you moron

Reminder that 99% of skincare shit are just meme products that are meant to scam women and a lot of them actually harm your skin. Also, anyone who goes on antibiotics for an extended period of time is fucking up their gut. Drink water, get enough sleep, and use sunscreen.

>Reminder that 99% of skincare shit are just meme

>Eye Cream (2x a day)
>Moisturizer (2x a day)
>Sunscreen SPF50 (every monring)
That's it.

Most products are a meme. What's most important is to reduce inflammation and proper nutrition. Imo:
>Fasting (long dry fasting can cure your acne and OMAD is pretty much the best way to eat)
>Reduce inflammatory foods high in omega 6
>Abstain from milk or grains if they cause you to break out
>Make sure you get Vitamin A
>Red Meat and sardines

other than that
>cold showers
>keep protected from the sun
>get vit d3 supplement (preferably a drop where you can just spread it on your body)

spot the person with ugly skin

Enjoy fucking up your skin with moisturizer because it can't produce moisture on it's own anymore
LOL just LOL

ever wonder why some roasties age badly? Protip: it's from all the products they put on their face

typical assmad response from a momscience retard
>LOL just LOL
Neither of us are laughing

none. I just use sunscreen during spring and summer. I have naturally near-perfect skin.

I use facemasks sometimes for relaxation

>spot the person with ugly skin!1111
you sound like a roastie.

I want you to make it too, user. Stop using so many products or you're gonna fuck up your skin's ability to produce moisture. Sunscreen is fine but you don't need anything else.

Vit A in diet >>> retinol cream
fasting and reduce inflammatory foods >>> any meme acne cream

>Enjoy fucking up your skin with moisturizer because it can't produce moisture on it's own anymore
what nonsense from a fucking retard

>he doesn't know

>I want you to make it too
I don't give a single shit about you, you're just a retard spouting momscience

Link to a study. I'm waiting.

>In that order, but some are only PM, and some are only a few times a week
which are which? help me bro, I'm desperately trying to stop looking like shit

i'm guessing the retinoid and hyaluronic acid are PM only, and the toning solution is a couple times a week? that would leave the cleanser, moisturiser and suncreen for daily use?

research it for yourself you tards instead of buying a bunch of random meme creams

Stay out the sun and reduce inflammation. Just LOL if you think your meme cream is gonna fix your face

At morning I put a sunscreen with moisturizer on and go to college/work
Then I arrive at night and exfoliate my face with both AHA and BHA. After that I put a moisturizer on.
That's about it. Anyone got any tips about how to improve this with efficiency? Especially in terms of ACNE which hasn't been a problem since I started exfoliating but there are still scars.

Attached: 1538197829828.png (450x532, 19K)

Hyaluronic acid is a humectant and can be used both PM and AM. Products include it for advanced moisturization but it can also be used to diminish the look of wrinkles (works like magic). Of course the latter effect isn't permanent but it's still a nice addition to any routine.
You are correct in assuming that retinoids should be used in the evening. The chemical applied in any form considerably increases photosensitivity, sun exposure can lead to sunburns and other sun related damage. Not only that but the skin actually has to ease in with the product, so starting will low strengths and then buildings up over the course of a year or more is a must, else the product will mess up the skin by itself as well.
But screw retinoids if you aren't even practising basic skincare routine yet. Not only do you need to actually find what type of skin you have but also build a set of products you can comfortably use. You can't pick a course without knowing what issues your skin is actually having.

>research it for yourself
this is what retards that don't know what they're talking about always say

Someone told me semen is good for your skin and that's why pornstars look so good?

>Is the king naked?
not him but what a fucking pretentious faggot

if ur not trolling could u explain

humans arent supposed to shower 3 times a day bro, stop that right now, shower every 2 days +after every workout.
this: our skin is a mirror of our blood, having acne means you are not healthy, try going vegan or fasting.

I'm the guy who told you to research it for yourself

Keep wasting your money on jewish tricks. Most skin problems are caused by a bad gut

Fix that and you're golden

to the sunscreen fags

i look much better with a natural tan, and my acne also disappears from sun exposure. for this reason i do not wear sunscreen. not to mention the vitamin d gains. am i doomed?

what the fuck do you mean i'm not healthy
what do you mean fasting and vegan
how the fuck do you only shower once every 2 days
i have the biggest feeling that im being hard memed rn but im kinda interested in what you're trying to say

>research it for yourself
Just be honest, bro, you have nothing.
You're setting yourself up for age spots, wrinkles, loss of collagen and elastin. I wouldn't focus so much on vitamin D because other parts of your skin other than face or neck can totally account for that.

Attached: 1525342805247.png (1000x931, 280K)

there's better ways to deal with your acne. uv rays will damage your skin over time.

Yes, extended fasting and a good low carb diet

thank you based gay skincare bro, going to start this regimen sans the retinoid until I do some more research on that. wish I had a friend or something growing up who taught me all this shit. sucks having to learn it all now from scratch in my mid-20s.

Attached: 1546533676180.gif (200x197, 821K)

For real how the fuck do you guys do to go and buy skincare products. i find it denigrating to do.

>he actually spent any amount of time thinking about what the wagie cashier thinks
sort yourself out m8.

b-but the good products are only in specialized shop with cute workers that ask you shit

tpoint still stands. quit being such a pussy wtf?

Ah, well I don't know about that, I just buy the 5 dollar st ives slop from the grocery store kek. Still, I think I'd enjoy having some specialized qt femsplain skincare stuff to me.

user i just discovered this crazy new thing called online shopping check it out.

I knew nothing 2 months ago, don't think I know all that much even now but enough to at least share some advice. What's absolutely important is to learn patience because the extended results for some products can take months to appear. I find the way females treat skincare to be very indicative of that approach as it requires dedication. Rushing with your routine by trying to introduce new items not only can be severely disappointing if near immediate results are expected but also make it hard to determine what stuff isn't working for your skin. Unless you have been consistenly trashing your skin, starting in your 20s is absolutely fine because that's about the point where ageing starts to slowly show up so you're right there to catch it. Not everything that you will start out with will be all that good, so expect to change up multiple stuff before settling.
Order online. Some things just aren't available otherwise.

>What's your skincare routine, Jow Forums? ...Do you have one, right?

Sugar/honey sugar scrub every week followed by shave followed by rub down with 5:1 diluted white vinegar followed by rubbing in coconut oil.

Takes a while but is quite cheap and makes me smell significantly fresher and feel far softer according to my FWB.

Going vegan just works until you havwe no bodyfat because you're essentially eating yourself (muscles, organ tissues, etc.) and your fat on a vegan diet

You probably have intestinal dysbiosis. Take probiotics everyday and the acne should be greatly reduced after a while

I take doxycycline 2x a day as well. Along with tretinoin cream in the PM it works like a charm but it sucks to have to take these fucking pills every day otherwise my face turns into a pizza. Not to mention they give me stomach aches sometimes too.

>random korean facial
LMAO DIS NIGGA PUTTIN BABY DICK ON HIS FACE
I'm serious
Just google the studies, nerd.

acne after puberty is caused by a bad gut. You're wasting your money on skin care products at best and damaging your skin with them at worst.

Only one you need is sunblock

In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

Tfw rosacea so everything is useless

Roughly 3-6 months but it’s pretty cheap and overtime you’ll need less
