Minimum exercise

>decently healthy body, not necessarily aesthetic
>energy throughout the day
What is the minimum exercise I need to do to achieve the above?

Never had an interest in attracting sloots, just a healthier body to do other things and not be a weak slug at 50
I currently no longer have time or access to a gym/weights, just a door-frame pullup bar.

honestly thats achievable with cardio alone. run 5 days a week. some sprint days, some hill days, some pleasure jogging days. join 5ks

Cardio+callisthenics. Just run every other day and do like 100 pushups and 100 sit-ups every day.

Depends on your current body.

Isn't muscle strength needed for general health? I can't see how running would help with things like back strength/posture.
Though I agree that most people probably need more cardio
170cm, 60kgs, skinnyfat.
Sitting and painting for ~10 hours a day is causing lots of pains I want to avoid

she placed the camera correctly here...

I think it's a different girl, user

You should just be more active. Do physical things that you enjoy, and from there figure out what things you need to do to enhance those activities.

That said, some bodyweight stuff will probably be enough for you. There's ways to progress for every type of movement too.

i think OP's a guy

pull ups, push ups, squat, wide stance bulgarian squats for hams and glutes, hip raises, pike push-ups, one leg- calf raises,
plank, side plank.
with a descent nutrition you will get shredded, though quads won't get very big but they will stay lean, functional and healthy.

Zumba twice a week

>ayy lmao

Just do the Saitama work out
100 pushups, 100 situps,100 squats, and a 10k run
But do it every other day, not every day, and you dont have to do all 100 reps in one set

I' e been very interested in this. I'm afraid of situps though. Since I heard they can hurt your back.

Do you want to destroy your fucking knees user?
just do the "equivalent" distance swimming or cycling

Needing strength for correct posture is something I only see on Jow Forums, I fixed my posture when I was 125lbs. Posture is mostly about habit

Get an easel that allows you to stand and paint at eye level

Sauce please

It's easy enough to find with just Yandex
p.s. she isn't as hit when she's showing her nose
