Lift after training?

hey Jow Forums I've been lifting a while but most recently started doing BJJ and Muay Thai every weekday. I'd like to lift after (or before) training every day. How can I structure a powerlifting routine to still make gains?

TLDR advice for 5 day a week lifting routine after other sports practice

Lift after training so you're fresh to acquire skilz. Use some kind of so-called "bulgarian" template with one main lift a day and one accessory, basically working up to a reasonably heavy aka "everyday max" single and then do some -20% sets of doubles or triples until the reps slow down, then an accessory for 2-3 sets of 10-15 reps. Maybe a schedule like squats, bench, front squats, closegrip or overhead, deadlift for th emain lifts.

Thats a trustworthy looking black guy.

Trustworthy to fuck your mom.

Why are normal fags still so completely clueless about steroids and the natty limit?

Nah not even a little bit. I would trust to deliver my mom, wife, and sister to a rendezvous point in the even of an emergency. He is true bro. Ask Luke Rockhold.

That's because, despite the skin, he's not that black. He's Cubano. Look at his face. probably less than 50% sub saharan dna.

Which one of them?

Lift 1-2 hours before you hit the mats. You always wanna be fresh when lifting. It also has the benefit of you won't be able to use strength in BJJ since your muscles will be drained

Morning lifting/cardio session like what described.

>eat a shit ton during lunch

>late afternoon/evening bjj/mt training.

Cubans are just blacks with hispanic accents.

Also, black people are no more predisposed to being untrustworthy than any other people, however most people in general are untrustworthy sooo....

Because it's just an excuse people like you use to feel okay about not putting in the work it really takes.

Honestly, just don't go hard every day. Some advice from a 50 year old boxer with 200-300 fights I talked to: switch between going all out(full contact, stamina and weight training until exhaustion) and light, technical stuff aswell as running at a moderate speed.
How weightlifting affects that, no idea and I'm not gonna make shit up.

Lmao what about all the cubans that, ya know, AREN'T black. Like even remotely..

Yea you're really informing everyone here...dumbass...

You should read a book (Troublesome Inheritance for instance) before you spout your "everyone is equal" m'lady bullshit...

how do u niggers have the time to lift and bjj

Being a student/neet/working from home.

From experience, lift before training, you can't lift for shit after. Well, you can, but expect a considerable prestation drop. Then consider and .

Prove it

I think the Juggernaut guys have programs for people that also trains BJJ/martial arts, i think Renaissance periodization might also have some. In general Barbell Medicine have good templates that people who train martial arts use and they have very good way of starting a person out in to making them being able to over time train 5-6 times a week and combining it with other types of training.

deciding before vs after is tough, the answer might just be to try both ways. the idea of being a little tired and having to use skill instead of strength sounds hypothetically nice but will probably end up meaning technique is just worse.
