All you need is chickens and cows?
WRONG
vegan>everything
God damnit I love dairy and eggs so much.
My perfect diet would be just dairy and eggs and loads of vegetables and fruit. The occasional fish.
I'm just not disciplined enough so I eat trash
Stopped with dairy, FINNALY my acne goes away, glowing red spots, ugly, making my mireable face disgusting are vanishing.
Abcent from dairy if you want to look good, 60-80 percent of estrogens a normal person takes in over food comes from dairy
Raw dairy is the final redpill. Pasteurized dairy causes Acne
Goats milk and eggs for me
Never had acne in the first place
Sorry bros but ever thought you might be shitskins?

I've never seen a shitskin with acne personally, but there are very few here
S o y* not onions
Salmon is LITERALLY, undoubtedly and non-negotiably the best food. Period.
Nice selfie Tyrone
Might not want to post your face when you lie about information like that

Enjoy your gyno lmao
There's a difference between "throwing studies around" and posting good science. The two glorified blog posts you linked are infamous for how laughable they are. The first was made by low-carbers and rightfully dismissed for having more flaws than words, the second is just an opinion piece, i.e. blog post, by a confused moron conspiracy theorist who is wrong about everything (Aseem Malhotra)
The fact that such garbage can even get published speaks to the disastrous state of nutrition science, but specifically the laughable state of the BMJ which decades ago used to be a respectable journal and is now just an opportunity for run-of-the-mill idiots to get headlines in the yellow press. Pathetic
Jusy clicking through these studies... I hope you read beyond the title, right?
>Saturated fat impairs anti-inflammatory properties of HDL:
>ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
>Subjects consumed 1 of 2 isocaloric meals comprising a slice of carrot cake and a milkshake containing 1 g of fat/kg of body weight. The first meal contained safflower oil (fatty acid composition: 75% polyunsaturated, 13.6% monounsaturated, and 8.8% saturated fat). The second meal contained coconut oil (fatty acid composition: 89.6% saturated fat, 5.8% monounsaturated, and 1.9% polyunsaturated fat)
So first they eat a shit load of sugar, and then different fats with completely different micronutrient profiles (safflower with the anti-inflammatory vitamin E).
Is this a joke study or what?
>Saturated fatty acids (SFA) do not increase the risk of cardiovascular disease (CVD), two recently published analyses of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) concluded [1,2]. Replacing SFA with linoleic acid increased CVD risk in one trial [2]. Additionally, a recent large prospective cohort study reported lower CVD risk with increased intake of energy from SFA [3], and recent meta-analyses of cohort studies found that SFA did not increase the risk of CVD [4,5]. Such evidence supports and excites scientists and others who strongly argue for increasing the fat content of food, including SFA. However, counter-arguments referring to health benefits by reducing saturated- and trans-fatty acids are numerous, including recently published RCTs [6,7], prospective cohort studies [8–10] and ecological studies [11,12]. It seems as if science has no clear message regarding health effects of SFA despite an enormous amount of work over many years.
tl;dr no one knows
