I am a necklet and also a shoulderlet. I started doing both exercises everyday and i'm noticing significant results. I only recently started doing neckcurls, so the difference isn't that big yet, but from doing all the lat raises my delts have become by far my most prominent muscle.

After your main sets do negative reps.
Do different types of pullups - regular, wide, neutral, chinups. Weave two together and alternate sets.
Frequency is key. At least 3 times a week, better if you do them multiple times a day.

They are brutal to perform. Make you look like a DYEL who can't even split squat what some instathot is lunging in the Smith machine. Always get DOMs in muscles you didn't know you had and it hurts to sit even though you program them often.
But they completely fixed my knee tracking issues and synergize the fuck out of all other leg lifts.

What can also be helpful is grip and supportive structures training. I drape a 20lb chain around my shoulders and just do deadhangs for 5xnear max seconds. My gym also has jungle gym bar things and I shimmy across them.
Seems like your back is more willing to do a pull-up when your grip and shoulder girdle can easily handle the forces involved.

I go through phases where I'll almost do a 180 on what I'm enjoying the most. I used to loathe squatting, but I've really enjoyed it recently since I improved my form and weight. DL used to be my favorite by far but now it's probably my least favorite just because of how intensive it is. Right it's probably Bench>Press>Squat>DL
