It can be a lot better if you keep an open mind. If you are so convinced about being a wagecuck, how much more money your boss is making, how humiliating it is to trade the sunlight out of your life for a pittance, then it's going to hurt and it's not going to stop hurting. If you want things to get better, it's going to have to start from within and you're going to need to adapt to your situation.
For example, it can be really comforting to feel that your finances are accounted for. It would be cool to have coworkers you enjoy seeing. The idea that you might one day find a job that's worth your time because of the work you're putting in today is comforting. You can make yourself nice food for lunch that you look forward to. It might be nice to get to see the sun rising in the morning. Entertainment will taste sweeter because you had to work for a chance to relax. Having a coherent schedule that works feels good. Knowing that you're not the only person in the situation is nice. The understanding that there's a leftist movement that is now as popular as Nazism was in 2009 that's full of people who feel a sense of solidarity because of the collective class struggle and want to restore dignity to the working class can help you get through the day.
It's going to be a fight between the bullshit that will invariably be thrown at you and your conscious willpower to look at (and create) the positive.
