These guys are going to tell you a lot of bullshit, but I'm going to tell you the only thing that matters. Women will NOT date a man that's shorter than them. Yes, I'm aware of Tom Cruise etc, but unless you have plans to become a movie or rock star this is not an option for you. My advice is to get some shoes that add a couple inches at least to your height, and look around for truly small girls. You may even have to target literal dwarfs at 5'4.
