Seriously, is there a more pro Western, simple, and magnificent movie like LOTR? Every character was unique and had depth. It was my childhood movie as it was for many others. As a kid >I thought Aragorn was unstoppable >Legolas's skill with a bow was unmatched >Gimli was hilarious but badass at the same time >I saw Gandalf as a father figure or mini deity knowing most things in the world >Boromirir represented our flaws as men like pride and lust for power >Sam was the bravest >Sauroman was an asshole and I truly wanted him dead >Frodo being the most selfless taking the burden upon himself
I can probably recite every line of all 3 movies now. I still get pumped up when the elves arrive at helms deep. I still get chills when Elrond gives Aragorn Anduril. And I still cry when Frodo leaves for the Valinor.
On top of all this, there are no faggots, niggers or Jews. Rather a white man shouting "Stand, men of the West!"
Quality cinema is no longer allowed to be made. Cape shit, bastardized remakes and sequels that destroy the source material need only apply. Yet Hollyjew decides to double down on shit that's just going to piss more and more people off.

The Two Towers is one of my favorite movies, I've probably seen it a dozen times and I still love it. The appendices are also great, so much work went into these films.
Asher Davis
Does Mordor locate in the Middle-East, Anatolia or Hungary? Debate
And they're making Legolas black. They're going to make him black. And Frodo is going to be mestizo.
Eli Barnes
LOTR trilogy was released 15-17 years ago

There's really no need for over the top gore or pornography. Between Aragorn and Arwen, there were few scenes involving them close to each other and they were emotional, so you "got the idea". I don't understand the the 5 minute sex scenes in every other movie now. You'll be lucky to find a free one on Netflix that's no more than 80 minutes long with an actual plot. I always thought world was flat in the movie. Middle earth being our realm and the the undying lands in the center. But Mordor would clearly be in the far East.
Josiah Roberts
I think Aragon is a pretty cool guy. He kills orcs and doesnt afraid of anything.
Austin Foster
>no jews You know Dwarves are Jews right?
>In the last interview before his death, Tolkien, after discussing the nature of Elves, briefly says of his Dwarves: "The dwarves of course are quite obviously, wouldn't you say that in many ways they remind you of the Jews? Their words are Semitic, obviously, constructed to be Semitic."
Colton Walker
I read the books at least 6 times before the first movie came out. the first movie bored me out of my mind and by the second I was just angry. (watched these on theatrical release). never seen the third one in full. fuck NZ desu :P

>Jow Forums >pro western this is a putin board, retard
Aragorn waited. The lights above him flickered and sparked out of the air. There were orcs in Osgiliath. He didn't see them, but had expected them now for years. His warnings to Denethor were not listenend to and now it was too late. Far too late for now, anyway.
Aragorn was a ranger for fourteen years. When he was young he watched the riders and he said to dad "I want to be on the horses papa."
Papa said "No! You will BE KILL BY ORCS"
There was a time when he believed him. Then as he got oldered he stopped. But now in the City of Osgiliath in Gondor he knew there were orcs.
"This is Denethor" the carrier pigeon crackered. "You must fight the orcs!"
So Aragorn gotted his Falme of the West sword and smote through the wall.
"HE GOING TO KILL US" said the orcs
"I will shoot at him" said Gothmog and he fired the crossbow bolts. Aragorn stabbed at him and tried to smite him up. But then the ceiling fell and they were trapped and not able to kill.
"No! I must kill the orcs" he shouted
The carrier pigeon said "No, Aragorn. You are the orcs"
>be big LOTR fan >saw the first movie half a dozen times >second one probably twice >still only ever saw the third one in the theater when Wonder why I never took the time to properly re-watch them all.
David Gray
Third one is pretty fucking good my dude. Soundtrack, increase in the epicness of the scenery and the increased nigger evil of what the huwhite characters face make it seem like a very natural conclusion to the series.
Maybe you just don't like the fact that it had to end, user.
Funny, it was made in the early 2000s but could NEVER be made today because it's a 0-nigger story. I'm surprised The Hobbit movies didn't have any niggers either.
Dylan Edwards
The fact that it came before the blatant shilling of political correctness is why LOTR will always be my favourite series, and all 3 are in my top 20 movies of all time, fuck what anybody says about fangirling it.
Also there are niggers, the "swarthy" fuccbois from the south who come up to help besiege Mina's Tirith. This is one of many libtard criticisms of the book. You could interpret dwarves as Jews or orcs as nogs but I don't think that makes sense.
Every good quality you’re attributing to the films that isn’t visual effects or acting is due to the books. All of your compliments should be paid to the books.
Jackson Ramirez
The movies weren't bad but as a fan of the books there were a few things in the movies which ruin the experience for me, such as the way Faramir's character was totally changed. Yeah but read The Hobbit and it's clear Tolkien portrayed them accurately.
The world of Middle-Earth was originally flat but was made round when Númenor (basically Atlantis) was destroyed, thousands of years prior to the events of LotR. The kingdoms of Gondor and Arnor were founded by Númenorean exiles and that's why they are the Aryan master race of Middle Earth and have long lifespans.
Jeremiah Lewis
I listen to the Lord of the Rings Sound track nearly every week, not ashamed it's beautiful music.
Tolkien actually says in a letter or something middle-earth is supposed to be an ancient version of earth
The hobbit movies did have niggers, but they were mostly just extras. Full blown Somalian just chilling in Dale town, and they really linger the camera on her so you notice. Those movies are a fucking abomination and Jackson lost all my respect, he's basically George Lucas now
Gavin Gutierrez
My problem with the "Dwarves are Jews" thing is that Dwarves are hard working, honorable and brave. Things that are all antithetical to Jews. Tolkein probably took inspiration from Jews, and then made them palatable.
Nathaniel Johnson
Yeah, I think gollum will always be the jew creature to me.
Colton Sanchez
Schizo effect when smeagol starts ranting and goes full gollum makes it even more jewish.
Mason Hall
Is this the Fall of Granada?
Oliver Lee
they're amongst my favorite books too, probably the books ive read most
Nathan Green
Don't forget that Jackson made the orcs white in the Hobbit movies too because someone complained that the uruk hai in LOTR being black was raycis
Yes, with a direct relationship to Christian values of sacrifice for a higher ideal even when it does not look to you as though it will effect you (and in the end, inaction will effect you anyway, as the burning shire demonstrates.)
Austin Gray
