how important are these exams? ended up failing an exam which got me just depressed but then realized that it will never effect me in the future. also calming down and not making your goals so high is also a good way of achieving success

You need to put more confidence in yourself. You're right, being naturally smart would be easier. But you've worked for and earned what you have now. It's nice to want to be better but don't let that take away from what you have now. Vent as much as you need, it's safe here hun~

Well they are internal exams that are given before the official oneand dont count towards anything but I see it as a gauge as to where I'm at. Alot of people did lower than me. Our lecturer told as that he gave this test to students before and they got under 50(fail) and later on, for the official exams they did really well. So I guess I'm not in too bad of a position if I got a 63(I think).
I guess confidence is what I really do need. I'll use this as motivation to push myself to work harder. It's an accounting qualification called ACCA and is globally known as difficult, with many people failing and dropping out, but I never wanna quit.

I hope that you don't quit then. it's a bit hypocritical for me to talk about not having low self esteem but usually looking at passes in exams or not thinking about it that much I usually find helps. good luck btw

I'm from the UK and a degree apprenticeship is basically working for a company and being in education to achieve a degree in the subject you're taking (engineering for me) which the company will pay for. but this means that you'll have to work for them for a set number of years which is a plus for me but they only have around 10 spots open

Yep! We adopted her last year and I'm so glad I pulled her out of foster care. Its hard work but it's absolutely worth it. I'll go to the ends of the earth to make her happy and I love watching her take on our mannerisms in every day life.
