bought Black Ops 4 today because my mates recommend it

go to play the game and I have terrible FPS despite having a powerful PC, and after a while it crashes my computer completely. try to find the issue and spend quite a while tinkering around with it.

multiple attempts to fix it and another crash made me give up and request a refund

fucking blizzard saying I've played it too long, even though it doesn't even tell you how much play time you've had and so you have no way to know if you're going beyond the point of being able to request a refund.

so because I actually tried fixing the game instead of giving up on it right away, I'm down 35 quid

When I was at uni I didn't make any friends through my course or housemates but made a few buddies through the league of legends society.

I'd really recommend joining a society though if you're having trouble making friends since the ones I signed up to were really social such as the metal one, since they all went out drinking and to gigs and stuff, unfortunately I didn't go to any since I dropped out after 3 months. I also joined the UKIP one but they were full on spergs unfortunately.

Team-based game ones like cs, league, dota are probably pretty good since you will chill on discord with them a lot.
