Actually I don't smoke weed, and when I did incense didn't help. I use a vape, which still smells a bit but not nearly as much.

Any Linux DE is inferior to MacOS. GTK environments STILL don't have thumbnails in the file selection dialog. Also Linux still has shoddy support for high PPI. It's 2019, not 2009, so high PPI is a must.

The back of the computer is to a wall though. No reason to have stickers. Stickers are shit though.

Fragmentation is the biggest issue in Linux, especially when it comes to graphical toolkits. Linux won't compete with Mac until systemd takes over everything.

I'd rather use something that stays out of my way as much a possible. Linux is higher maintenance, Windows force you to work the way Microsoft wants, Apple gives you various ways of doing the same thing, and even lets you fuck around with your system (but they won't tell you how to do a lot of it).

The books pretty good, I'm only ~1/3 of the way through it and I have mixed feelings, Stoner seems to be an ordinary man without extraordinary happenings in the story, which makes him extremely relatable, this story is just about his average life. I'd recommend it from what I've read so far.
