Robotism or whatever you want to call it was a mindset, and generally, while it was only virgins, non-virgin men could potentially be robots. Being a virgin male doesn't automatically make one a robot, nor does being a non-virgin bar one from it. The simple fact is that robots typically did not actually care about sex, and were entirely disillusioned with this world. Perhaps some actually did find a gf, only to find that she was an empty vapid husk and offered nothing, thus leaving her for solitude. Perhaps he did have sex, and found it lacking or not what he expected, and found his partner to be a soulless creature in return. But those are, of course, rare cases. Mainly because virgins are easier to convince of this truth and non-virgins will be more likely to deny it in favor of their hedonism and naive neurotypical mindset. Many simply cannot handle the bleak objective truth of the world.
Of course, they're all dead now, so the term of robot means whatever the speaker wishes it to mean. These days, it's commonly used as a replacement for incel, which is the opposite to the original meaning.
