top kek

babies are not developing muscles, they are weak as fuck. It takes month for them to even hold their own head up, not to mention the strength required for walking

>babies are not developing muscles

and when i thought ive seen the most retarded shit on Jow Forums you type this down.

Hey man have you ever seen a baby? They're mostly fat and oversized head.

okay but the baby is going to eat protein after breast milk and also the mother is also most likely to of had protein while she was pregnant

>babies dont make muscle until they start eating stuff other than mother's milk

i wanted to ask if you are school dropouts but this caliber of stupidity is just beyond that

Thanks man,
I am a farmer and from now on I will feed my cows whey shakes to take their physique to the next fucking level.

where did i say that

Well since you are an absolute retard who doesn't understand that the point of that picture is "protein doesnt make your muscles grow" you are free to do anything you want to the cows brainlet hahahahaha.

what are muscles made of?

>inb4 cherry picking the gorilla and saying gorilla's digestive track is different than humans.

This isn't cherrypicking, it's like saying that stating carnivores and herbivores are different is cherrypicking

Gorillas eat mostly leaves outsider of summer, not stems and shoots. They also consume insects. So this image is factually incorrect.

Leaves are 30-50% calories from protein. So gorillas actually consume very high protein diets, much higher than the average contemporary human, though some estimate a similar 30% protein intake in the human Paleolithic era.

Only in summer do they consume a low-protein diet based on carbohydrate (fruits)

Grass is also high in protein, which allows cows to build muscle.

lmao what a brainlet

Attached: 1561754028666.jpg (1001x1024, 100K)

Actually 20% of their diet is protein

google.com/amp/s/phys.org/news/2011-06-gorillas-humans-gorge-protein-slim.amp

And you forget there are insects in the plants they eat

Oh no, oh no, oh no.

Imagine there is someone who wrote this post, that compared gorillas and fucking cows to a human. I gonna repeat this.
OP compared a cow, A COW, with a human and asks why cows can build muscle on an non-human diet.

NEXT THING OP IG GONNA DEBUNK IS THE WATER MYTH. WE DON'T REALLY NEED WATER BECAUSE CACTUSES CAN SURVIVE WITHOUT WATER FOR DAYS.

Attached: index.jpg (179x282, 8K)

there is a human baby on the picture stupid fuck

>Gorillas eat mostly leaves outsider of summer, not stems and shoots. They also consume insects. So this image is factually incorrect.

No, it isnt you fucking retard.

It's not only gorillas who develop muscles by only eating grass. There are cows and sheep literally doing the same thing.

It's not only gorillas who develop muscles by only eating grass. There are cows and sheep literally doing the same thing stupid fuck.

Seems like you cant read and i am sure you are 100% an american goblin.

So? Have you even considered that the profile of human milk changes? What stage are you talking about? What's the protein percentage content? How much protein per bodyweight? Etc etc

Yeah, and they're all herbivores, who wouldve tought

How does the cow picture show me, that protein does not grows muscles?
Depending on the time of the year, grass can contain up to 25% protein.

just kys retard

human baby doesnt eat anything but mother's milk. GTFO retard.

Gorillas don't eat grass
Grass is high in protein

Hi guys

OP here. I was wrong. All the arguements you gave actually made sense. Not only was a being a brainlet. I am also a skinny 40 kg, 160 cm short, virgin, balding male with erectile dysfunction who lived on a cow pasture to live on a grass based diet and eat with cows.

GTFO sv3rige you fivehead subhuman

Grass can contain up to 25% protein.

OP is a fat, Jewish DYEL who is a whore for attention. He also likely isn't even vegan. Clean up the fucking act, Jow Forums. /his/ and /lit/ are the places to discuss morals and ethics. What the fuck is this thread.

--Chicken--

A vast array of studies from top universities and independent researchers has found that eating chickens, cows, and other animals promotes cancer in many forms. Large studies in England and Germany showed that vegetarians were about 40 percent less likely to develop cancer compared to meat-eaters, the most common forms being breast, prostate, and colon cancers.

Decades of scientific study have linked dietary cholesterol to cardiovascular disease — Americas number-one cause of death, killing nearly 2,200 people daily. Saturated fat is present in all meat and fish, even chicken and turkey cooked without the skin.

Eating meat also puts you at a greater risk for food poisoning because animal products are often tainted with fecal contamination during slaughter or processing. Fecal contamination in chicken, especially, is a major problem. According to a Consumer Reports study, 97 percent of raw chicken in U.S. supermarkets is contaminated with bacteria that could make customers sick. So if you eliminate animal products from your diet, you'll also be eliminating your exposure to the most common carrier of these bacteria.

A serving of chicken contains just as much cholesterol as red meat. And eggs contain three times that. Cholesterol is linked to clogged arteries and heart disease.

nutritionalrevolution.org/2019/06/10/low-carb-crp-and-lipids/

>A tale of two (recent) studies: isocaloric high-meat and ketogenic diets worsen important heart disease markers LDL and CRP compared to their low-meat and baseline diet counterparts

oh no no no no

>Whole-food plant-based diets are the only diets shown to reverse heart disease
>compared the SAD with vegan diet
>didn't test other diets like keto and carnivore
>dishonestly says Whole-food plant-based diets are the ONLY diets shown to reverse heart disease

Grilled chicken—a popular alternative to fried—commonly contains PhIP (2-Amino-1-methyl-6-phenylimidazo[4,5-b]pyridine), which may contribute to the development of certain types of cancers including breast and prostate.

A common industry practice involves feeding chickens arsenic in order to make them grow faster. It’s highly toxic to humans and can cause cancer, dementia, neurological problems, and other ailments.

HCAs (heterocyclic amines) are found in meats cooked at high temperature, including chicken, and have been linked to an increased risk of cancer.

A Consumer Reports analysis found that 83 percent of fresh, whole broiler chickens purchased across the US had high levels of campylobacter or salmonella. Campylobacter is the leading cause of food poisoning in the U.S.

Detectable levels of E. coli were discovered in as much as 65 percent of broiler chickens in a USDA study. This comes from fecal contamination during processing, making organic chickens also at risk as well as the more common conventionally raised chickens. According to Consumer Reports, more than 1 million Americans become ill each year as a result of undercooked chicken.

Avian flu may have dropped out of the mainstream media’s attention, but it’s still a very serious illness that is transmitted through poultry. The mutating nature of the disease means more cases of pneumonia, multiple organ failure and death are likely as a result of too many chickens living in crowded and unsanitary conditions where the disease spreads.

With more than 9 billion chickens raised for food in the U.S. every year, the environmental impact is nothing short of astonishing. Highly toxic animal waste ruins land, seeps into and contaminates water, makes air un-breathable and devastates a tremendous amount of dwindling resources, all of which take a toll not just on chicken eaters, but everyone else on the planet.

High-fat diets have been known to accelerate heart disease for decades, so there isn't much point in specifically checking to see if they reverse it.

There's plenty of antioxidants in animal foods, but it doesn't really matter since the endogenously produced antioxidants are already more powerful than anything you could find on plants

Fiber is shit and Cholesterol is a powerful antioxidant

The Standard American diet is high in fat and low in carbohydrates.

It's not difficult to understand.

All diets have a very narrow range of protein intake 15-20%, sometimes 25% in certain athletes.
Therefore you're left with 80-85% to distribute between carbohydrate and fat as the main energy sources of the diet. When one is high, the other one is necessarily low, otherwise "high" and "low" mean absolutely nothing. It's relative terminology.

every other day this dumb thread with the dumb pic. honestly jannies if you are gonna be deleting threads like we are on reddit, do us a favor and delete this shit its so fucking annoying

>The typical American diet is about 2,200 calories per day, with 50% of calories from carbohydrates, 15% protein, and 35% fat.[7] These macronutrient intakes fall within the Acceptable Macronutrient Distribution Ranges (AMDR) for adults identified by the Food and Nutrition Board of the United States Institute of Medicine as "associated with reduced risk of chronic diseases while providing adequate intakes of essential nutrients," which are 45-65% carbohydrate, 10-35% protein, and 20-35% fat as a percentage of total energy.[8]

And Bart Kay intentionally makes one hour videos so that only cult members will watch it and nobody will make a critical response. Why would anybody waste their time responding to a lunatic rambling for an hour, stacking bullshit upon bullshit?

If you're not familiar with the data, you're not really in a position to have an opinion.

Yes, 50% is low in carbohydrates, and 35% is hgh in fat. It's also much lower in carbohydrates than what Americans ate in the 19th century, and it's one of the lowest carbohydrate intakes in the world, although carbohydrate intake has been decreasing globally for 50 years with concurrent global obesity.

>And Bart Kay intentionally makes one hour videos so that only cult members will watch it and nobody will make a critical response.
>What is 2x speed
>what is watching 10 minutes everyday (I know your poor brain is already shrinking from your low meat diet but that's just too obvious)

>Why would anybody waste their time responding to a lunatic rambling for an hour, stacking bullshit upon bullshit?
Because he actually backs what's he's saying with years of professional practice and quaility studies, he lasos explains in technical terms (mostly statistics) why vegan doctors are all shills who don't know what they're talking about

>If you're not familiar with the data, you're not really in a position to have an opinion
No, U. Vegan swine

>t. Anything below 80/10/10 is low carb

No. You don't.

Adhom, is about the only response addle brained veganbots have to Bart Kay. The 'brightest' vegan minds are horrified by the thought of debating him. Vegan Gays himself the super vegan debater?? Zero chance he has the guts to debate uncle Bart. Case closed- vegans are cowards as well as anorexia club imbeciles.

You're attacking a strawman, the high fat low carb diet is at most 5% of the calories from net carbs
