/comfy/ time. Brew a mug of your favorite hot beverage, sit down wrapped in a comfy blanket, listen to some comfy music, take a look at some comfy pics and talk to some comfy people. It's time to feel at ease Jow Forums
Fuck. Forget how shitty things are over there. Uh, it's sunny and nice here. Was independence day yesterday so it was nice to walk the streets with all the good looking norwegian flags.
>tfw I will miss Irishbro's birthday post (if he even still does those)

iceland ":DD been a while since i've seen your comfy flag , how are you doing ? yea fuck youtube that's why i want someone to hoard his whole channel ;_; early happy birthday !
I'm good. Just been really busy lately. Nothing exciting either. Though I did get to spend some time up in the northernmost parts of Norðurland eystra (Raufarhöfn, etc.) which are some of my favorite places!
That's rough. I have a friend whose birthday is literally on Christmas Day, so I've had a lifetime of seeing their birthday be forgotten, so I can at least empathize with you.

its ok i have a day all to myself :)

There's not much to tell, desu. My cousin and her husband are building a house and my brother is a damn good tiler so he offered to do the bathroom for them. I am not a handiman myself so I just did some henchman work around there or just dicked around. Other than that we drank way too much beer during this week.
Sorry if that's not too interesting.
Western Poland just right behind the German border. And yes, May 21st is a great day to have a birthday. Especially because this year it's on a holiday, that means daydrinking with the mates.
Thanks :DDD
I really enjoyed the trip, yes. Many laffs were had by all. Mainly at my expense because I hurt my back one day and barely couldn't move around. It went away the next day. And I got shitted on by a bird.
>He still does, with hi happy potato and all. Shame I'll probably miss it.
Sorry for the long blogpost
Ryder Lewis
Yeah, I still post. Haven't made any threads recently to get more birthdays in my calendar.
Henry Morris
Will you still post even when you now know that I probably won't be here to read it? I'd be fun to look it up on the archive the next day
The name sounds familiar, but i don't think i ever listened to them. Not really my sort of music unfortunately.
I'm not sure i went ever to that part of the country, i feel like i should take a trip around the Island someday and explore those places i never went to before.
Sounds like a trip to remember, even with the unfortunate accidents, just make it that more memorable i'd say.
I try to bump them when i see them, It's nice what you do.
Might make another Spotify thread soon. Have to make one for /b/ as well

Hraunhafnartangi lighthouse is one of my favorite places in the whole country. I'd really recommend visiting it. I mean, it's not really super exceptional, but it's very remote and all the times I've been there I've never seen a single person. The road out to it is HORRENDOUS (even by Iceland standards) so it eliminates all but those with bonafide 4x4s and those willing to walk up to 1.5 hours one-way out to it (depending on walking spend). It's super serene and peaceful, and it's also the furthest northern point of mainland Iceland, being less than 800 meters from the arctic circle.

no problem friend. Yeah, that would be useful, i sometimes just forget about threads that i think is important until they suddenly gray out. Would be nice to have some more info like that.
Oh yeah, I'll keep classifying it with some classical.
I hope you live too! Lots more to see in the world than an old lighthouse, but it's definitely a comfy spot I think. Even during high tourist season the entire little peninsula it sets on is essentially abandoned because people either don't know about it, or don't want to put in the effort to get to it.
That's cool. Do you know the name? I like checking out different lighthouses.
Yeah, it's a neat design I think. Interestingly enough there is one down near Grindavik that looks almost exactly like it, except that one is all orange.

here is the light house build by the evil white man
Aw, it still looks pretty nice. I like that's inside another building.
There's honestly so much i haven't seen on the island. Most people think of it as just a tiny island in the middle of the ocean but there's a lot to see actually.
less people is actually better :D maybe i'll go with you there someday ;) das racisz
Jaxson Richardson
The evil white man, ever present.
The little tower things on the end are interesting, I don't think I've seen a lighthouse with those before.
And yes, same here. Especially the interior. Holy crap so much there I've never even been close to. I'd still like to explore more of the Westfjords someday too.
John Sanchez
>less people is actually better :D
I agree one that one. The South coast is a hive of tourists from mid-May until basically the end of September. But lots of the northern parts of the country are pretty deserted even during the tourist rush.
There were a bunch of like modular space stations that someone posted that looked really comfy one time. I forget who did it though and i forgot to get them.
Jonathan Williams
Hey, just my opinion, you probably don't think some of the things i might think are comfy as comfy. It's all a matter of opinion. Just like tastes, it doesn't mean i'm right for liking good food and you wrong for liking some bad food.
Hmm, I actually think this is comfy in some way. I don't think "comfy" is the first thing that comes to mind, but there is a certain aspect to this that I'd say falls within comfy territory. I think it's also a partial sort of nostalgia, which frequently blends in with comfy for me.
Yo Niceland, long time no see. Hope you're doing great!
I guess it's nostalgia for the most part, although to be fair I don't really know why since those were very unhappy days for me. Don't miss them at all
